Definitions
- the invention relates in particular to a hydraulic element intended for the construction of a drawing tool with a sheet metal holder and a forming contour which can be moved relative to it, with a working piston which is axially movably received within a working cylinder and which can be acted upon with fluid pressure from the rear, and also a drawing tool constructed using such a hydraulic element.
- DE-OS 34 24 266 describes a drawing tool which has a drawing cushion consisting of a plurality of pressure cylinders acted upon by pressure medium and pistons axially movably guided therein for supporting a sheet metal holder, and a further drawing cushion holding a drawing punch guided movably in the drawing direction, which at least has has a pressure cylinder connected to the pressure cylinder of the die-holder supporting the die cushion via flow paths and pressurizable with pressure medium displaced during the pulling process from these pressure cylinders, with a piston accommodated therein.
- the previously known drawing tool is therefore associated with the fact that a plurality of further printing cylinders are assigned to a printing cylinder supporting the movable drawing punch, on which the sheet metal holder surrounding the drawing punch is supported. It is characteristic that when a drawing ring actuated, for example, by a press ram, pressure medium flowing out of the pressure cylinders of the drawing cushion serving to support the sheet metal holder flows over suitable flow paths into the pressure cylinder of the further drawing cushion, on which the vertically movable drawing die is accommodated, and flows over one guided in this pressure cylinder Piston acts, which in turn drives the drawing die against the direction of movement of the drawing ring and accordingly the sheet holder in the drawing direction during the drawing process.
- This device thus enables the execution of complicated counter-pulls to the pull mediated by the descending pull ring, but also the resolution of the desired drawing depth into one pull-down ring and one pull-down caused by the pulling die.
- the object on which the invention is based is to create a hydraulic element which is intended in particular for the construction of a drawing tool with a sheet metal holder and a shaping contour which can be moved relative thereto, which enables the drawing technology which can be implemented with the known device, but is distinguished by a much simpler and less expensive construction.
- a drawing tool constructed using such a hydraulic element is to be created within the scope of the invention.
- an annular piston is arranged coaxially to the working piston with a working piston which is axially movably received within a working cylinder and which can be acted upon with fluid pressure on the rear side supports the back of the working piston acting hydraulic fluid filling of the working cylinder and which can be actuated in the opposite direction to the working piston.
- the hydraulic element according to the invention is therefore concerned with the fact that two oppositely actuable pistons are accommodated in a coaxial arrangement within a working cylinder, the adjustment being made by means of the hydraulic fluid filling such that the annular piston is in its full extension position when the working piston is in its retracted position, or vice versa, the working piston is in its full extension position when the ring piston is in its retracted position.
- flow pressure medium of the hydraulic fluid filling is displaced, which acts on the rear of the other piston of the working cylinder and thereby drives the direction of movement of the first-mentioned piston in the opposite direction.
- the hydraulic element according to the invention is distinguished from the prior art explained at the outset by an extremely compact design.
- the working piston of the hydraulic element is formed from differential pistons with a differential surface which can be acted upon by fluid pressure from the rear, so that the working piston can be returned from a feed position as a result of acting on this differential surface with fluid pressure.
- the working piston designed as a differential piston has a central cylindrical central recess, that coaxial with the working cylinder extends from a base plate that closes the rear of the latter, a cylindrical extension that is firmly connected to the latter and that extends into the cylindrical central recess of the working piston engaging head, and that a concentrically enclosing the cylindrical extension ring part of the working piston forms its differential surface, which counteracts the rearward loading of the working piston with fluid pressure from an inner differential space fluid pressure can be applied between the ring part and the head of the cylindrical extension.
- a further development of the last-mentioned embodiment provides that the central recess of the working piston, which receives the head of the cylindrical extension extending from the base plate, is closed off on the side remote from the base plate by a piston crown and the latter via at least one flow channel, which extends from the rear loading chamber of the working cylinder extends to a loading space formed between the piston crown and the head of the cylindrical extension, with which the fluid pressure acting on the rear side of the working piston can be applied.
- the design is extremely compact.
- the pressure surfaces of the working piston and the annular piston arranged coaxially to it can be selected in accordance with the respective intended purpose of the hydraulic element. It has proven to be advantageous, however, if the surface of the working piston which can be acted upon with fluid pressure in the working direction is approximately equal to the rear acting surface of the ring cylinder accommodated coaxially to the working piston in the working cylinder. This means that the ring cylinder and the working cylinder can absorb the same forces and perform the same, but opposite, movements.
- a hydraulic element can also have at least two working cylinders arranged axially parallel to one another, each with a working piston and an annular piston coaxial therewith, and the working cylinders can be accommodated in a common cylinder block.
- the drawing tool to be created using a hydraulic element according to the invention is characterized in that the drawing punch of the drawing tool is received on the working piston of the hydraulic element, while the sheet metal holder enclosing the drawing punch is supported on the annular piston arranged coaxially to the working piston.
- the sheet metal holder accommodated on the ring piston can expediently have a guide section which engages around the working cylinder or a cylinder block receiving the latter, so that precise guidance of the sheet metal holder is ensured.
- One embodiment of the drawing tool provides that a sheet metal holder is supported on the annular piston by two working cylinders arranged axially parallel and at a distance from one another, on the working piston of which can be actuated in opposite directions to the annular piston, a drawing punch is arranged in each case.
- a tool structure is particularly recommended for a tool for pulling double sink sinks.
- the sheet metal holder is accommodated on a pressure distribution plate which is guided on the working cylinders or a latter and is supported on the annular piston and through which bushings for the working piston extend coaxially with the working cylinders which the die of the tool are included.
- the hydraulic element 10 shown in FIG. 1 on its own has a working cylinder 11 comprising a base plate 12 and a cylinder sleeve 13 accommodated thereon, in which a central working piston 14 and an annular piston 15 enclosing the latter are accommodated in opposite directions in an axially movable manner in a coaxial arrangement.
- the ring cylinder 15 is sealed by means of O-ring seals 16 arranged in the ring grooves of the cylinder sleeve 13 and the central working piston 14 with respect to the ring piston by O-ring seals 17 accommodated in ring grooves of the ring piston.
- a cylindrical central recess 18 extends into the central working cylinder 14 from the side pointing toward the base plate 12 and is closed off by a piston crown 19 on the side remote from the base plate.
- a piston-shaped head 20 of a cylindrical extension 21 engages in the cylindrical central recess of the working piston, which extends coaxially to the working piston from the base plate of the working cylinder and has a smaller diameter than the head 20 engaging in the central recess 18 of the working piston.
- the head 20 of this cylindrical extension 21 is sealed off from the walls delimiting the cylindrical central recess by O-ring seals 22 which are received in annular grooves of the head.
- annular part 25 screwed in by means of a thread 24, which in turn concentrically surrounds the cylindrical extension 21 and is sealed in a fluid-tight manner from this by means of O-ring seals 26 embedded in annular grooves.
- annular pressurizing chamber 28 is formed, which can be acted upon with flow pressure medium via a channel 29, 30 extending through the base plate and the cylindrical extension.
- the application space 32 between the rear of the working piston 14 and the base plate 12 is connected to the space 34 between the piston crown 19 of the working piston and the side of the head 20 of the extension remote from the base plate via a flow channel 35 which extends through the working piston.
- the central working piston 14 and the annular piston 15 concentrically enclosing it are intended to be axially movable in opposite directions in the working cylinder.
- the working cylinder 11 has a hydraulic medium filling, which acts on the rear side of the annular piston 15 and acts on both the rear side of the central working piston 14 facing the base plate 12 and the side of the piston head 19 opposite the head 20 of the cylindrical extension 21.
- the rear-facing surfaces of the working piston 14 are coextensive with the rear of the annular piston 15. If the flow channel 35 is closed, for example by a stopper, the force (forming force) which acts on the working piston 14 corresponds to the sheet metal holding force with which the ring piston axially is moved.
- the forming force is significantly greater if, with the flow channel 35 open, the piston crown 19 is additionally acted upon from the space 34.
- the arrangement is such that the working piston 14 is in its end position limited by the ring part 15 screwed into the cylindrical central recess 18 on a stop 36 of the cylindrical extension when the ring piston 15 is in its fully retracted position and with its back on the base plate 12, which closes off the working cylinder. This is shown in the right half of FIG. 1.
- the working piston 14 stands on its back on the base plate 12 when the annular piston 15 is in its maximum extended position, in which an annular stop 37 of the annular piston rests on an annular shoulder acting as a stop 38 the cylinder sleeve 13 has accrued.
- Axial displacement of the annular piston 15 from its full extension position in the direction of the base plate 12 of the working cylinder consequently results in a corresponding action on the rear side of the working piston 14 and the piston crown 19 and consequently in a displacement of the working piston into one as a result of displacement of the hydraulic medium acting on the rear side of the annular piston Location distant from the base plate.
- the working piston 14 can be reset from the position distant from the base plate 12 of the working cylinder by acting on the differential surface 39 of the ring part 25 pointing towards the head 20 of the cylindrical extension 21 with flow pressure medium via the flow channels 29, 30 extending through the base plate and the cylindrical extension .
- FIG. 2 shows a drawing tool 40 constructed using a hydraulic element 10 according to FIG. 1 for producing pot-like drawing parts 41.
- a drawing punch 43 is fixedly received on the central working piston 14, which is provided by an annular piston 15 concentrically surrounding the working piston supporting sheet holder 43 is enclosed.
- This sheet metal holder has a guide section 44 which extends in the direction of the base plate 12 of the working cylinder and surrounds the cylinder sleeve 13.
- the sheet metal holder 43 and the drawing punch 42 are in a starting position which characterizes the beginning of a drawing process, in which a circuit board 45 is received on the sheet metal holder.
- the annular piston 15 supporting the sheet metal holder 43 is in its maximum extension position, while the working piston 14 receiving the drawing die 42 is in its retracted position. If the drawing ring 46 of a tool upper part 47 illustrated in the right half-sectional view of FIG.
- the drawing process begins in such a way that, with simultaneous clamping of the plate 45 between the drawing ring 46 and the sheet metal holder 43, the sheet metal holder and thus the the latter supporting annular piston 15 are moved in the direction of the base plate 12 of the working cylinder, which leads to the fact that the working piston 14 receiving the punch 14 is acted upon by the flow pressure medium displaced by the descending annular piston 15 and is driven against the movement of the annular piston. Accordingly, the drawing die 42 experiences a drive movement counter to the direction of movement of the sheet metal holder 43, so that the drawing process is resolved into a partial stroke carried out by the sheet metal holder and an opposing partial stroke of the drawing die.
- FIG. 2 illustrates the operating position at the end of the drawing process, in which the pot-like deep-drawn part 41 is formed and a peripheral edge flange of the drawn part is still received between the drawing ring 46 and the sheet metal holder 43.
- the annular piston 15 supporting the sheet metal holder 43 stands on the base plate 12 of the working cylinder, while the working piston 14 receiving the punch 42 is in the maximum extension position limited by the stop 35 of the cylindrical extension 21.
- the drive movement of the working piston 14 is brought about by simultaneously acting on the rear side of the working piston facing the base plate and the piston head 19 via the overflow channel 35 extending through the working piston.
- the drawing tool is reset to its initial position while the upper tool part 47 is being raised at the same time, by removing the side of the ring part 25 screwed into the central central recess 18 from the base plate 12 of the working cylinder via the flow channels 29, 30 extending through the base plate and the cylindrical extension Flow pressure medium is applied.
- a change in the design-related ratio of sheet metal holding force to forming force can be achieved in a simple manner in the hydraulic element 10 according to the invention in that, during the drawing process, the differential surface 39 of the ring part 25 screwed into the central recess 18 of the working piston 14 is controlled in a controlled manner during the drawing process How fluid pressure is applied.
- the tool 50 illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 is a drawing tool for producing double sink sinks. Accordingly, two working cylinders 51, 52 are arranged axially parallel to one another at a distance from one another and are combined in a cylinder block 54 accommodated on a base plate 53. In each of these working cylinders, an inner working piston 55, 56 and an annular piston 57, 58, which can be moved in opposite directions, are accommodated in the manner explained above in connection with FIG. 1.
- the annular pistons of the two working cylinders support a pressure distribution plate 60 which has a guide section 61 which surrounds the cylinder block 54 and on which the sheet metal holder 62 is received on the upper side.
- the central working pistons 55, 56 of the working cylinders extend through recesses in the pressure distribution plate 60, on which the drawing punches 63, 54 corresponding to the basin shapes are received.
- the tool In the left half-sectional view of Figure 3, the tool is shown in its starting position, in the drawing stamp and sheet holder are on one level. In this operating position, the annular pistons 57, 58 supporting the sheet metal holder 62 via the pressure distribution plate 60 are in their maximum extension position, while the working pistons 55, 56 on which the drawing punches 63, 64 are accommodated are in their lower end positions. If the sheet holder 62 is then lowered by the depression of a drawing ring 65, as illustrated in the right half-sectional view of FIG , 56 and thus leads to the drive of the drawing punches 63, 64 received on the working cylinders against the direction of movement of the sheet metal holder.

Abstract
Description
In schematischen Ansichten zeigen:
