Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de détection et de retrait de cigarettes défectueuses (18) dans la zone d'un magasin à cigarettes (12) dans la partie inférieure duquel les groupes de cigarettes (10) se rassemblant dans des puits de magasin (13) sont expulsés, dans le magasin à cigarettes étant placé, à distance au-dessus des puits de magasin, un dispositif de contrôle (17) s'étendant au travers du magasin et comportant des puits de contrôle verticaux (28) destinés à recevoir chacun un rang vertical de contrôle (26) de cigarettes et des organes de contrôle (30) pour les cigarettes (11) adjoints à chaque puits de contrôle, et les cigarettes (11) contrôlées étant mues, par des barrettes de support (39) et des barrettes de peigne (38) mobiles transversalement, de la position de même direction que le rang de contrôle (26) des cigarettes (11) à une position décalée d'émission dans laquelle les cigarettes sont supportées audessous par les barrettes de support (39) et acheminées vers le bas par déplacement de celles-ci, les cigarettes étant contrôlées dans les puits de contrôle (28) après déplacement transversal de cigarettes contrôlées précédentes se trouvant encore en position d'émission.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'en même temps, les cigarettes défectueuses (18) parmi celles contrôlées se trouvant en position d'émission sont éjectées dans la direction axiale et les cigarettes suivantes sont contrôlées dans les puits de contrôle (28) par les organes de contrôle.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux cigarettes situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre sont contrôlées en même temps dans les puits de contrôle (28).
  4. Dispositif de détection et de retrait de cigarettes défectueuses (18) dans la zone d'un magasin à cigarettes (12) dont la partie inférieure est constituée de puits de magasin verticaux (13) pour la formation de groupes de cigarettes (10) et l'expulsion de ceux-ci, dans ce magasin à cigarettes étant placé, à distance au-dessus des puits de magasin, un dispositif de contrôle (17) s'étendant au travers du magasin et comportant des puits de contrôle verticaux (28) destinés à recevoir chacun un rang vertical de contrôle (26) de cigarettes (11), et des organes de contrôle (30) pour les cigarettes adjoints à chaque puits de contrôle, et les cigarettes contrôlées pouvant être mues, par des barrettes de support mobiles transversalement (39) et des barrettes de peigne (38) placées au-dessous des puits de contrôle, de la position de même direction que le rang de contrôle des cigarettes à une position décalée d'émission, dans laquelle les cigarettes sont supportées au-dessous par les barrettes de support (39) et peuvent être évacuées vers le bas par déplacement de celles-ci, les barrettes de support (39) étant placées immédiatement au-dessous des barrettes de peigne (38) de façon telle que les cigarettes contrôlées, conjointement avec les barrettes de support et de peigne (38, 39), puissent être amenées en position d'émission uniquement par mouvement transversal.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que deux cigarettes situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre sont contrôlées en même temps par des organes de contrôle (30) dans la zone de chaque puits de contrôle (28) et un nombre correspondant de cigarettes se place dans un plan situé au-dessous entre les barrettes de peigne (38), la hauteur des barrettes de peigne (38) correspondant à la hauteur de deux cigarettes situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caratérisé par le fait que les cigarettes défectueuses (18) sont éjectées du magasin à cigarettes (12) par de l'air comprimé, de préférence émis par des buses éjectrices (48, 49), dans la direction axiale dans la zone des barrettes de peigne (38).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes intactes sont expulsées vers le bas par de l'air comprimé dirigé vers le bas par des buses de soufflage (43) situées dans les cloisons (42) du dispositif de contrôle (17).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes, dans les puits de contrôle (28), sont mises dans une position de contrôle par déplacement transversal des barrettes de peigne (38), les rangs de contrôle (26) reposant, lors du contrôle, sur les barrettes de peigne (38).
