Claims (17)
- Procédé de contrôle de cigarettes dans la zone de puits verticaux ou inclinés (13, 14) d'un magasin à cigarettes (10), dans lequel un appareil de contrôle des cigarettes peut être approché d'un groupe de cigarettes (16) d'au moins une couche et les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être retirées au cours de la suite du transport de celui-ci, caractérisé par le fait que la couche (38) ou les couches du groupe de cigarettes (16) à contrôler sont, pour le contrôle, déplacées transversalement de la moitié du diamètre d'une cigarette ou de la moitié de la largeur d'un puits (13, 14) du magasin et posées et alignées sur des extrémités d'appui supérieures (39) alignées dans un plan commun de parois de puits (17, 18).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un groupe de cigarettes (16) correspondant au contenu d'un paquet de cigarettes, en particulier de trois couches, est déplacé transversalement, aligné par couches et contrôlé, la couche inférieure (38) reposant sur les extrémités d'appui (39) des parois de puits (17, 18).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'après l'exécution du contrôle, le groupe de cigarettes (16) est ramené en position initiale avec alignement sur les rangs (15) des cigarettes dans les puits (13, 14) du magasin.
- Dispositif de contrôle de cigarettes dans la zone de puits verticaux ou inclinés (13, 14) d'un magasin à cigarettes (10), dans lequel un appareil de contrôle des cigarettes peut être approché d'un groupe de cigarettes (16) d'au moins une couche et les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être ensuite retirées, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la zone des puits (13, 14) du magasin, un tiroir transversal (29) pour un groupe de cigarettes (16) constitué d'au moins une couche (38) peut être déplacé transversalement par rapport aux puits (13, 14) du magasin de la moitié du diamètre d'une cigarette ou de la moitié de la largeur d'un puits (13, 14) du magasin pour la mise des cigarettes dans une position alignée par couches dans laquelle les cigarettes d'une couche (38) reposent sur des supports alignés dans un plan, ces supports étant formés par les extrémités d'appui supérieures (39) des parois de puits (17, 18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le tiroir transversal (29) est du genre cadre avec parois latérales (30, 31) et divisions correspondant aux puits (13, 14) du magasin, en particulier par des cloisons (37) dans le plan ou dans le prolongement de parois de puits (17, 18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que des groupes de cigarettes (16) de trois couches peuvent être déplacés transversalement et être contrôlés ensemble.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le tiroir transversal (29) peut être amené en position de contrôle par un organe de manoeuvre, en particulier par une came tournante (44) contre l'action d'un organe de rappel, en particulier d'un ressort de rappel (46).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que dans le cas d'un magasin à cigarettes (10) à deux groupes de puits (11, 12) et un tiroir transversal (29) pour chacun, à chaque tiroir transversal est affecté un organe de manoeuvre, les organes de manoeuvre étant en particulier des cames (44, 77) montées sur un arbre moteur commun (47) avec galets palpeurs individuels (45).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'une paroi avant (42) du tiroir transversal (29) est pourvue de trous (43) pour le passage d'organes de contrôle, en particulier de tiges de contrôle (41).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être éjectées de leur puits de magasin (13, 14) dans un groupe partiel correspondant au nombre des couches du groupe de cigarettes (16) contrôlé, en particulier de trois cigarettes superposées, dans la zone d'un plan d'éjection (48) situé à une certaine distance au-dessus d'un plan d'éjection principal (19) pour les groupes de cigarettes (16) à empaqueter.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'un plan de contrôle (28), le plan d'éjection (48) pour les cigarettes défectueuses et le plan d'éjection principal (19) pour les groupes de cigarettes (16) à empaqueter sont à des distances les uns des autres qui correspondent à un ou plusieurs temps de transport des cigarettes dans les puits (13, 14) du magasin.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'un organe d'éjection (49) pour les cigarettes défectueuses est accouplé à un éjecteur de cigarettes (26) pour les groupes de cigarettes (16) à empaqueter et peut être mû en même temps que celui-ci, des doigts éjecteurs (51) pour les cigarettes défectueuses pouvant être mus individuellement par rapport à l'organe d'éjection (49) d'après le résultat du contrôle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les doigts éjecteurs (51) peuvent être actionnés individuellement dans un support (50) de l'organe d'éjection (49), en particulier à l'air comprimé, les extrémités des doigts éjecteurs (51) constituant des extrémités de piston (57) et pouvant être mues dans des chambres de cylindre individuelles (58).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les doigts éjecteurs (51) peuvent être ramenés en position initiale par des organes de rappel, en particulier par un ressort de rappel allongé (62).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être éjectées près des groupes de puits (11, 12) sur une plaque d'évacuation (64) en forme de toit descendant vers les côtés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être éjectées du puits (13, 14) du magasin dans une direction opposée à la direction d'éjection des groupes de cigarettes (16) à empaqueter, en particulier par un organe d'éjection fixe (66) ayant des doigts éjecteurs (67) affectés à chaque puits (13, 14) du magasin qui peuvent être actionnés individuellement, en particulier à l'air comprimé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes défectueuses peuvent être éjectées du puits (13, 14) du magasin à l'air comprimé, sur une paroi arrière (53) ou une paroi avant (54) du puits étant prévus des trous de soufflage (73) affectés à chaque cigarette à éjecter, et à chaque trou de soufflage (73) étant affectée une buse (74) d'une tête de soufflage (72).
