Claims (6)

1. Relais électromagnétique miniature comportant un système magnétique (1) consistant en une bobine d'excitation (2) et en une armature (8) disposée pivotante sur un côté frontal de la bobine d'excitation (2), et un jeu de contacts à ressort (12) situés du côté opposé de la bobine d'excitation (2), actionnés à partir de l'armature (8) par l'intermédiaire d'une barrette d'actionnement (18) qui s'étend parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de la bobine d'excitation (2) et réunis dans un support de ressort (11), dans lequel le système magnétique (1) monté autour de la bobine d'excitation (2) présente en outre une bride de corps de bobine (10) conçue du côté de l'armature mobile en tant que support de raccordement de bobine (3) et que support d'armature (7) et la barrette d'actionnement (18) reliant l'armature (8) aux ressorts de contact à permutation (19) transmet les mouvements de l'armature (8) aux ressorts de contact à permutation (19), caractérisé en ce que le système magnétique (1) est réalisé sous la forme d'une unité insérable plate pour l'introduction dans un boîtier (14) du type cassette parfaitement fermé à l'exception d'un côté avant (15) et qui présente sur le côté extérieur de la paroi (16) opposée au côté avant ouvert (15) le support de ressort (11) avec les contacts à ressort (12) et les talons de raccordement (13), et en ce que la barrette d'actionnement (18) située du côté extérieur le long d'un petit côté longitudinal du boîtier (14) du type cassette est enfilée après l'introduction du système magnétique (1) dans le boîtier (14) du type cassette.
2. Relais électromagnétique miniature selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bride de corps de bobine (10) du côté armature avec le support de raccordement de bobine (3) intégré du côté supérieur et le support d'armature (7) est réalisée sous la forme d'élément façonné obturant avec un ajustage précis le côté avant ouvert (15) du boîtier (14) du type cassette, et en ce que le boîtier (14) du type cassette est réalisé en tant qu'élément façonné recevant, de manière intégrée, le support de ressort (11) avec les contacts à ressort (12) et les talons de raccordement (13), et en ce qu'il est prévu un capot (17) fermé à l'exception d'un petit côté longitudinal, qui est réalisé quant à sa configuration et son dimensionnement, pour loger à engagement positif le boîtier (14) du type cassette avec le système magnétique (1) à l'intérieur.
3. Relais électromagnétique miniature selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les raccords de bobine (4) de la bobine d'excitation (2) et les talons de raccordement (13) des contacts à ressort (12) sortent par le petit côté longitudinal, non entouré par le capot (17), du boîtier (14) du type cassette, en traversant le matériau.
4. Relais électromagnétique miniature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support de raccordement de bobine (3) et le support de ressort (11) présentent du côté extérieur des surfaces (20) sur lesquelles le capot (17) est monté à engagement positif.
5. Relais électromagnétique miniature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le capot (17) présente des éléments d'enclenchements (24) et des saillies d'écartement (21), qui fixent le capot (17) sur le boîtier (14) du type cassette et sur le support de raccordement de bobine (3) avec un ajustement précis.
6. Relais électromagnétique miniature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bride de corps de bobine (10) du côté armature battante et/ou le boîtier (14) du type cassette présentent/présente des éléments qui y sont formés et qui fixent par enclenchement le système magnétique (1) dans le boîtier (14) et qui sont disposés, dans le cas du boîtier (14) sur son côté d'ouverture ou, dans le cas de la bride de corps de bobine (10), en des emplacements qui correspondent à ceux sur le côté ouverture du boîtier (14).
