Abstract

Es wird ein Kühlmöbel mit Regalböden 2 und einem das Möbel nach oben abschließenden Boden 3 sowie mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung 10 beschrieben. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung ist an einer vor den vorderen Rand des oberen Bodens 3 vorstehenden Halterung 14 befestigt.

Description

  • Die-Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel mit Regalböden und einem das Möbel nach oben abschließenden oberen Boden sowie mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung.
  • Derartige Kühlmöbel, insbesondere Tiefkühlschränke und Kühlregale,werden zur Präsentation von gekühlt aufzubewahrenden Lebensmitteln in Großmärkten und Einzelhandelsgeschäften eingesetzt. Um ein Eindringen von warmer Luft aus der Umgebung in das Regal zu verhindern,.wird bei Kühlregalen ein gekühlter Luftstrom durch entsprechende Auslaßöffnungen im oberen Boden vor den Regalböden nach unten geleitet. Im oberen Boden sind darüber hinaus Beleuchtungseinrichtungen angeordnet, die das auf den Regalböden befindliche Warensortiment beleuchten. Um eine einigermaßen gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des Kühlmöbels zu erreichen, ist es erforderlich, daß der obere Boden über die Auslaßöffnungen für die Kühlluft hinaus nach vorne ragt und.die Beleuchtungseinrichtung am vorderen Ende des nach vorne ragenden Abschnitts angeordnet ist. Um eine Blendung des Kunden zu vermeiden, ist vor der Beleuchtungseinrichtung eine Blende befestigt.
  • Das vorbekannte Kühlmöbel hat den Nachteil, daß der obere Boden, um die Beleuchtungseinrichtung günstig plazieren zu können, sehr weit nach vorne ausladen muß, und zwar insbesondere erheblich weiter, als dies bedingt durch die Auslaßöffnungen für Kühlluft der Fall sein müßte. Es ist daher eine relativ massive und daher teuere Deckenkon- ---struktion erforderlich, die überdies relativ plump wirkt und sich daher ungünstig auf den Warenumsatz auswirkt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühlmöbel der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, bei dem unter Verringerung des Aufwandes für die Deckenkonstruktion eine gleichmäßige und gute Ausleuchtung des auf den Regalböden befindlichen Warenangebots gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung an einer vor den vorderen Rand des oberen Bodens vorstehenden Halterung befestigt ist.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbel ist die Position der Beleuchtungseinrichtung unabhängig von dem oberen Boden. Die Tiefe des oberen Bodens ist daher nicht mehr durch die Beleuchtungseinrichtung, sondern durch die Auslaßöffnung für Kühlluft festgelegt.
  • Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, die Tiefe des oberen Bodens des Kühlmöbels erheblich zu verringern. Daher wird die Deckenkonstruktion weniger aufwendig. Zugleich ermöglicht es die nach vorne vorstehende Halterung, die Beleuchtungseinrichtung so weit vor dem Kühlregal anzuordnen, daß eine gute und gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des auf den Regalböden befindlichen Warenangebots gewährleistet ist.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist die Halterung am bberen Boden befestigt.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist die Beleuchtungseinrichtung verstellbar. Die Verstellbarkeit wird beispielsweise dadurch erreicht, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung beweglich relativ zur Halterung ist.
  • Insbesondere erweist es sich als zweckmäßig, wenn gemäß einer Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes die Halterung zwei durch ein Gelenk verbundene Arme aufweist. Bei dieser Anordnung läßt sich die Beleuchtungseinrichtung zusammen mit dem einen Arm relativ zu dem anderen Arm verstellen.
  • Insbesondere ist es hierbei von Vorteil, wenn gemäß einer Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ein Arm über ein Gelenk mit dem oberen Boden verbunden ist. Die Position der Beleuchtungseinrichtung läßt sich jeweils durch zweierlei Gelenkbewegungen verändern.
  • Bei bevorzugten Weiterbildungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist die Beleuchtungseinrichtung zumindest einen im Vorderbereich der Halterung befestigten Scheinwerfer und/oder eine Leuchtstoffröhre auf, die im Vorderbereich zumindest einer Halterung befestigt ist.
  • Während bei einer durch Scheinwerfer gebildeten Beleuchtungseinrichtung ein oder mehrere Scheinwerfer an jeweils einer Halterung befestigt sind, ist bei einer durch eine Leuchtstoffröhre gebildeten Beleuchtungseinrichtung die Leuchtstoffröhre vorzugsweise an zwei Halterungen befestigt.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbels ist an der Halterung eine Wickelvorrichtung für ein Rollo befestigt.
  • Das Rollo dient zur Isolierung des Warenraums während der Zeit, in der kein Verkauf stattfindet. Die Wickelvorrichtung enthält vorzugsweise eine Welle zum Aufwickeln des Rollos sowie gegebenenfalls einen Wickelmotor.
  • Zur besseren Beleuchtung des Kühlmöbels wird gemäß einer Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes vorgeschlagen, daß ein als Wanne ausgebildeter Warenraum im unteren Bereich des Kühlmöbels eine zusätzliche Beleuchtungseinrichtung im vorderen Rand der Wanne aufweist.
  • Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es, daß Warenangebot nicht nur von oben, sondern zugleich auch von unten zu beleuchten. Dadurch wird eine noch gleichmäßigere Ausleuchtung erzielt und Schattenbildung verringert.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist die als Leuchtstoffröhre ausgebildete Beleuchtungseinrichtung einen verstellbaren Reflektor. auf.
  • Der verstellbare Reflektor kann sowohl bei der an der Halterung befestigten Beleuchtungseinrichtung als auch bei der Beleuchtungseinrichtung im vorderen Rand der Wanne vorgesehen sein. Der Reflektor läßt sich vorzugsweise um die Achse der Leuchtstoffröhre schwenken, um eine optimale Ausrichtung des Lichtkegels zu ermöglichen.
  • Die Erfindung sowie weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand von schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
  • Hierbei zeigen:
    • Figur 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Kühlmöbel im Querschnitt,
    • Figur 2 eine Halterung mit einer als Leuchtstoffröhre ausgebildeten Beleuchtungseinrichtung,
    • Figur 3 eine Leuchtstoffröhre mit verstellbarem Reflektor.
  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Kühlregal mit einem Möbelkorpus 1, der in seinem unteren Bereich wannenförmig ausgebildet ist. Das Kühlregal weist mehrere Regalböden 2 sowie einen oberen Boden 3, der das Kühlregal nach oben abschließt, auf. Am Boden der Wanne des Möbelkorpus befinden sich Einrichtungen 4, 5 zum Kühlen und Umwälzen eines Luftstroms. Diese Einrichtungen stehen mit einem Luftleitkanal 6 in Verbindung, der entlang der Rückwand des Möbelkorpus zum oberen Boden 3 führt und der am vorderen Rand des oberen Bodens 3 in Auslaßöffnungen 7 mündet. Beim Betrieb des Kühlregals tritt ein gekühlter Luftstrom durch die Auslaßöffnung 7 aus und fällt an der Vorderseite der Regalböden 2 nach unten. Glaswände 8, 9 schützen den Warenraum von oben und von der Seite gegen das Eindringen warmer Luft aus der Umgebung.
  • Um das auf den Regalböden 2 befindliche Warenangebot gut sichtbar zu machen, ist das Kühlregal mit Beleuchtungseinrichtungen 10, 11 ausgerüstet. Eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung 11 ist als Leuchtstoffröhre 12 ausgebildet und befindet sich im vorderen oberen Rand der Wanne des Möbelkorpus 1. Eine weitere Beleuchtungseinrichtung '10 ist als Scheinwerfer 13 ausgebildet und befindet sich mit Abstand vor dem vorderen Rand des oberen Bodens 3. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 10 ist mittels einer Halterung 14 am oberen Boden 3 befestigt, wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtung am vorderen Ende eines ersten Arms 15 befestigt ist, der über ein Gelenk 16 mit einem zweiten Arm 17 verbunden ist, der wiederum über ein weiteres Gelenk 18 mit dem oberen Boden verbunden ist. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es, die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 10 über einen weiten Bereich in ihrer Position und ihrem Neigungswinkel zu verstellen.
  • Im Bereich des Gelenks 16 ist eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für ein Rollo 19 befestigt. Die Aufwickelvorrichtung ist so mit dem zweiten Arm 17 abgestimmt, daß bei horizontaler Stellung des zweiten Arms 17 das Rollo vor den Glaswänden 8, 9 nach unten gezogen werden kann.
  • Es versteht sich von selbst, daß über die Breite des Kühlregals verteilt mehrere Scheinwerfer 13 mit jeweils einer Halterung 14 angeordnet sein können.
  • Figur 2 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung 10 im Bereich des oberen Bodens 3. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist anstelle eines Scheinwerfers 13 eine Leuchtstoffröhre 12 mit einem Reflektor 20 am vorderen Ende des Armes 15 befestigt. Es erweist sich als zweckmäßig, wenn jeweils zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Halterungen 14 für eine Leuchtstoffröhre 12 vorgesehen sind. Der Leuchtstoffröhre 12 ist ein Reflektor 20 zugeordnet, der um die Achse der Leuchtstoffröhre schwenkbar ist, um den Lichtkegel den Anforderungen entsprechend ausrichten zu können.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine Detailansicht des schwenkbaren Reflektors 20, wie er für eine Leuchtstoffröhre 12 zum Einsatz kommt. Der Reflektor an sich weist zwei Aussparungen 21 auf, deren Längsabstand voneinander im wesentlichen der Länge der Leuchtstoffröhre 12 entspricht. Durch jede Aussparung 21 ist eine Halterung 22 für die Leuchtstoffröhre 12 gesteckt. Die Breite der Aussparung 21 ist größer als die Breite der Halterung 22, so daß der Reflektor in einem gewissen Bereich um die Achse der Leuchtstoffröhre 12 geschwenkt werden kann. Ein derartiger schwenkbarer Reflektor 20 kann sowohl bei der Beleuchtungseinrichtung 10 als auch bei der Beleuchtungseinrichtung 11 eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich nicht nur auf vorne offene Kühlregale, wie sie in Figur 1 dargestellt sind, sondern ebenso auf Tiefkühlschränke, die an ihrer Vorderseite mit durchsichtigen Türen verschlossen sind.

Claims (10)

1. Kühlmöbel mit Regalböden und einem das Möbel nach oben abschließenden oberen Boden sowie mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (10) an einer vor den vorderen Rand des oberen Bodens (3) vorstehenden Halterung (14) befestigt ist.
2. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (14) am oberen Boden (3 ) befestigt ist.
3. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (10) verstellbar ist.
4. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (14) zwei durch ein Gelenk (16) verbundene Arme (15,17) aufweist.
5. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Arm (17) über ein Gelenk (18) mit dem oberen Boden ( 3 ) verbunden ist.
6. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (10) zumindest einen im Vorderbereich der Halterung (14) befestigten Scheinwerfer (13) aufweist.
7. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (10) eine Leuchtstoffröhre (12) aufweist, die im Vorderbereich zumindest einer Halterung (14) befestigt ist.
8. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Halterung (14) eine Wickelvorrichtung für ein Rollo (19) befestigt ist.
9. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein als Wanne ausgebildeter Warenraum im unteren Bereich des Kühlmöbels eine zusätzliche Beleuchtungseinrichtung (11) im vorderen Rand der Wanne aufweist.
