Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verkaufskühlmöbel mit einem Regalaufbau, der Auslageböden aufweist, und mit einem unteren, vor den Regalaufbau vorgezogenen Warenraum, an dessen vorderem, dem Kunden zugewandten Rand eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
  • Derartige Möbel, oft auch als Kühlregale bezeichnet, dienen im allgemeinen zur Lagerung und Präsentation von leicht verderblichen Waren, die zum Verkauf angeboten werden. Sie werden beispielsweise in Einzelhandelsbetrieben der Lebensmittelbranche aufgestellt und enthalten häufig Milchprodukte oder andere der Kühlung bedürftigen Erzeugnisse.
  • Die auf den Auslageböden und im unteren Warenraum befindlichen Waren werden fast immer von Leuchtstoffröhren oder Glühlampen beleuchtet, die im Deckenbereich des Möbels untergebracht sind. Eine derartige Anordnung ist beispielsweise aus der DE-A-36 13 610 oder der US-A-3 937 033 bekannt. Gemäß diesen Druckschriften kann auch am vorderen Rand des unteren Warenraums eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung vorgesehen sein. Diese Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Stand der Technik kann jedoch lediglich die Beleuchtung des unteren Warenraumes verbessern. Auf den Auslageböden werden lediglich diejenigen Waren zusätzlich beleuchtet, die genau am vorderen Rand eines Auslagebodens abgestellt sind. Weiter hinten befindliche Waren liegen im Schatten des jeweiligen Auslagebodens.
  • Sobald die erste Reihe von Waren abverkauft ist, ergibt sich keine verbesserte Beleuchtungswirkung gegenüber der üblichen, lediglich im Deckenbereich angeordneten Beleuchtung.
  • Außerdem wird durch die untere Beleuchtungsvorrichtung unerwünscht Wärme in den Warenraum eingetragen.
  • Daneben ist aus der AT-B-339 537 ein ungekühltes Regal bekannt, dessen Auslageböden aus durchscheinendem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verkaufskühlmöbel der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß die dargestellten Nachteile vermieden werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß in einen oder mehrere Auslageböden eine lichtdurchlässige Scheibe eingelegt ist, durch welche Licht von der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung in den Raum oberhalb des Auslagebodens fällt.
  • Die lichtdurchlässige Scheibe befindet sich vorzugsweise in der vorderen Hälfte des Auslagebodens. Dazu muß der Auslageboden, üblicherweise aus Metallblech hergestellt, eine Ausnehmung aufweisen, in der eine Platte aus Glas oder aus transparentem Kunststoff Platz findet. Unterhalb der Scheibe dürfen sich keine schattenwerfenden Vorrichtungen befinden.
  • Licht von der unten angeordneten Beleuchtungsvorrichtung fällt durch die lichtdurchlässige Scheibe auf die auf dem Auslageboden angeordneten Waren. Hauptsächlich werden diejenigen Waren zusätzlich beleuchtet, welche im Bereich der lichtdurchlässigen Scheibe abgestellt sind. Ein besonderer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufskühlmöbels liegt in der Strahlrichtung, die eine Komponente von unten nach oben aufweist. Damit können auch solche Verpackungen zufriedenstellend beleuchtet werden, die sich nach unten hin konisch verjüngen. Derart verpackte Waren, häufig Milchprodukte, befinden sich in besonders großer Menge auf Auslageböden von Verkaufskühlmöbeln der erfindungsgemäßen Art. Die Erfindung bietet auch dann Vorteile, wenn lediglich bei einem Auslageboden eine einzige lichtdurchlässige Scheibe vorgesehen ist. Vorzugsweise weisen jedoch mehrere oder sogar alle Auslageböden lichtdurchlässige Scheiben auf.
  • Besonders günstig ist es, wenn gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung auf der Außenseite einer vor dem vorderen Rand des unteren Warenraumes angeordneten transparenten Luftleitwand angeordnet ist.
  • Hierdurch verbessert sich insbesondere die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Verkaufskühlmöbels, indem durch die isolierende Wirkung der transparenten Wand weitestgehend vermieden wird, daß die beim Betrieb der Beleuchtung entstehende Wärme in den zu kühlenden Raum einströmt. Daneben kann durch entsprechende Dimensionierung der Luftleitwand die Möglichkeit geboten werden, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung in größerer Höhe (bis etwa 40 cm) über dem Boden des unteren Warenraumes angeordnet werden kann, als es bei Verkaufskühlmöbeln gemäß dem Stand der Technik der Fall ist. Dadurch kann die Beleuchtung des unteren Teils des Regalaufbaus deutlicht verbessert werden.
  • Bei der Luftleitwand kann es sich um jede Art von fester oder beweglicher Vorderwand vor dem unteren Warenraum handeln. Sie muß mindestens teilweise lichtdurchlässig sein.
  • Eine solche Luftleitwand wirkt außer als Abdeckung für die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung zusätzlich als Luftleitvorrichtung für kalte Luft, die auf der Vorderseite des Regalaufbaus nach unten fällt und im vorderen Bereich des unteren Warenraumes abgezogen wird. Die Wirkung einer derartigen Luftleitvorrichtung und verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten sind in der deutschen Patentanmeldung P 40 03 910.2 und in der europäischen Patentanmeldung EP 91 101 625.1 (gleichzeitig mit der vorliegenden Anmeldung eingereicht) ausführlich erläutert.
  • Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung kann sich die Beleuchtinngsvorrichtung in einem Gehäuse befinden, welches um eine horizontale Achse geschwenkt werden kann. Die nach innen, zum unteren Warenraum und zum Regalaufbau, weisende Seite des Gehäuses muß selbstverständlich lichtdurchlässig sein.
  • In einer abweichenden Variante kann die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung innerhalb einer auf der Außenseite der Luftleitwand angeordneten Stoßleiste angeordnet sein. Eine derartige Stoßleiste hat beispielsweise einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt, der die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung umfaßt und als deren Verkleidung dient.
  • Weiterhin ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Luftleitwand als lichtdurchlässige innere Wand in das weiter oben erwähnte schwenkbare Gehäuse integriert ist.
  • Die Erfindung und weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden Im folgenden anhand von in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben. Hierbei zeigen

    den vorderen Abschnitt einer zweiten Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufskühlmöbels im Querschnitt.
  • Das Verkaufskühlmöbel nach Figur 1 weist einen Regalaufbau mit Auslageböden 1, 2 und einen darunter liegenden unteren Warenraum 3 auf. Von oben her werden die Auslageböden 1, 2 des Regalaufbaus und der untere Warenraum 3 durch eine oder mehrere Leuchtstoffröhren 4 beleuchtet. Eine weitere Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 5 befindet sich am vorderen Rand des unteren Warenraumes 3. Sie ist noch vor den Lufteintritt 6 vorgesetzt, durch welchen Luft vom Kühlluftschleier 11 in den Kanal 12 einströmt. Die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 5 erstreckt sich vorzugsweise längs der gesamten Ausdehnung des Verkaufskühlmöbels senkrecht zur Zeichenebene der Figur und weist beispielsweise Leuchtstoffröhren 8 auf.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Auslageböden 1 der drei unteren Ebenen Glaseinlagen 7 als lichtdurchlässige Scheiben auf. Durch diese kann Licht von der oder den Leuchtstoffröhren 8 auch auf die zweite Reihe von Waren 9 fallen, welche auf den Auslageböden 1 abgestellt sind. Die Strahlrichtung des Lichtes wird durch Linien 10 verdeutlicht.
  • Beim obersten Auslageboden 2 kann auf die Glaseinlage verzichtet werden, da dieser ohnehin von der Leuchtstoffröhre 4 zufriedenstellend angestrahlt wird.
  • Die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 5 ist in einem Gehäuse 13 angeordnet, dessen innere, lichtdurchlässige Wand zusätzlich als Luftleitwand wirkt.
  • Das in Figur 2 in Teilansicht dargestellte Kühlregal ist vom Grundaufbau ähnlich gestaltet wie das Möbel der Figur 1. Einander entsprechende Bauteile sind mit denselben Bezugszeichen wie in Figur 1 versehen. Die in der Zeichnung nicht sichtbaren Auslageböden können, müssen aber nicht Glaseinlagen aufweisen.
  • Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 5 ist in dieser Variante auf einem an der Außenseite einer lichtdurchlässigen Luftleitwand 14 montiert. Als Blend- und Stoßschutz wird sie zum Kunden hin durch eine gewöhnliche Stoßleiste 15 mit u-förmigem Profil abgedeckt. Die Stoßleiste erfüllt bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufskühlmöbel daher zwei Funktionen, nämlich den Schutz des vorderen Rand des Möbels gegen Stöße durch Einkaufswagen und außerdem die Abdeckung der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 5. Die Innenseite der Stoßleiste 15 kann reflektierend ausgebildet sein, um die Lichtausbeute zu erhöhen. Wie durch den Pfeil 16 angedeutet ist, kann die Stoßleiste 15 vorzugsweise um eine entlang ihres unteren Randes verlaufende horizontale Achse geschwenkt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Verkaufskühlmöbel mit einem Regalaufbau, der Auslageböden (1, 2) aufweist, und mit einem unteren, vor den Regalaufbau vorgezogenen Warenraum (3), an dessen vorderem, dem Kunden zugewandten Rand eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen oder mehrere Auslageböden (1) eine lichtdurchlässige Scheibe (7) eingelegt ist, durch welche Licht von der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (5) in den Raum oberhalb des Auslagebodens (1) fällt.
  2. Verkaufskühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (5) auf der Außenseite einer vor dem vorderen Rand des unteren Warenraumes (3) angeordneten transparenten Luftleitwand (14) angeordnet ist.
  3. Verkaufskühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (5) in einem Gehäuse (13) angeordnet ist, welches um eine horizontale Achse geschwenkt werden kann.
  4. Verkaufskühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (5) im Inneren einer auf der Außenseite der Luftleitwand (14) angeordneten Stoßleiste (15) angeordnet ist.
  5. Verkaufskühlmöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitwand (14) als lichtdurchlässige innere Wand in das Gehäuse (13) integriert ist.
