Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schneid- und Ritzlinie, bestehend aus einer Klinge aus Stahl mit einer an einer Klingenlängsseite ausgebildeten, geschabten Fase.
- Derartige Schneid- und Ritzlinien werden in der Papierverarbeitungs- und Kartonagenindustrie verwendet.
- Es sind Schneid- und Ritzlinien bekannt, die entweder eine geschliffene Fase oder eine geschabte Fase besitzen. Die geschliffene Fase weist einen minimalen Hohlschliff auf, wodurch sich eine hervorragende Schärfe ergibt, so daß ein geringer Stanzdruck erforderlich ist. Jedoch ist die Maßhaltigkeit einer derartigen Fase nicht für alle Zwecke zufriedenstellend. Geschabte Fasen besitzen aufgrund ihrer Herstellung im Ziehverfahren eine sehr gut Maßhaltigkeit, so daß sie bei hohen Ansprüchen an die Maßgenauigkeit eingesetzt werden. Da die Fase aber schwach konvex ist, ist die Schärfe dieser Fase gering und sie wirken nicht schneidend sondern drückend auf das Material ein, so daß höhere Stanzdrücke erforderlich sind.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Schneid- und Ritzlinie zu schaffen, die die Vorteile der geschabten und geschliffenen Fase miteinander verbindet.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß die Klinge zumindest im Fasenbereich gehärtet ist und die Fase im gehärteten Bereich einen Feinschliff aufweist. Die Erfindung basiert dabei auf der Erkenntnis, daß durch den Feinschliff nicht nur aufgrund der damit verbundenen veränderten Formgebung eine verbesserte Funktion der Schneidlinie erreicht wird, sondern daß durch den Feinschliff einerseits die Maßhaltigkeit der geschabten Fase nicht beeinträchtigt wird und andererseits die oberste Schicht der Fase in einer Stärke abgetragen wird, die der Stärke der weichen Außenhaut entspricht, in der nicht die volle gewünschte Härte vorhanden ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird demnach eine zusätzliche Wirkung erzielt, denn durch den erfindungsgemäßen Feinschliff wird nicht nur die Maßhaltigkeit der geschabten Fase beibehalten, sondern auch die Schneidwirkung einer geschliffenen Linie verwirklicht, wobei jedoch zusätzlich eine erhöhte Standzeit gegeben ist.
- Anhand des in der belieigenden Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels wird die Erfindung näher erläutert.
- In der Zeichnung ist ein Querschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Schneid- und Ritzlinie dargestellt, die aus einer Klinge 1 besteht und die an einem Längsrand eine Fase 2 aufweist, wobei im dargestellten Beispiel eine doppelseitige Fase 2 vorhanden ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Fase 2 dadurch hergestellt, daß das Flachmaterial aus Federbandstahl mit einer Dicke von 0,4 bis 2 mm in einem Hartmetallziehstein gezogen wird, so daß hierdurch die ein- oder zweiseitige Fase erzeugt wird. Hierbei spricht man von einer sogenannten geschabten Fase. Erfindungsgemäß wird nun diese Fase mit einem bestimmten Übermaß hergestellt, und zwar mit einem Übermaß 2/100 bis 4/100 mm. Diese mit Übermaß hergestellte, geschabte Fase wird nun erfindungsgemaß im Bereich 4 gehärtet,und zwar vorzugsweise induktionsgehärtet mit einer Einbringtiefe von 3/10 bis 5/10 mm von der Spitze 3 der Fase 2 aus gemessen. Die Härtung erfolgt dabei auf eine Härte von 66 HRc. Nach dem Härtung erfolgt ein Anlassen im gleichen Bereich, und zwar auf eine Endanlaßhärte von 57 bis 59 HRc. Weiterhin ist erfindungsgemäß nun vorgesehen, daß die Fase 2 einen Feinschliff 5 erhält. Dieser Feinschliff 5 wird derart unter einem Anschliffwinkel von ca. 45°-60° ausgeführt, daß das nach dem Schaben vorhandene Übermaß abgetragen wird. Hierdurch wird gleichzeitig die weichere Außenhaut der gehärteten und angelassenen Fase weggenommen. Durch diesen Feinschliff, der vorteilhafterweise mit einer zugesetzten Schleifscheibe durchgeführt wird, wird nicht die Maßhaltigkeit der geschabten Faser beeinträchtigt, zudem wird durch den Feinschiff verhindert, daß Riefen in der Fasenoberfläche auftreten.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Schneid- und Ritzlinie kann mit einer einseitigen Fase, mit einer doppelseitigen Fase wie dargestellt, mit einseitigem Doppelschliff oder mit Viererschliff ausgebildet sein. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine erhöhte Standzeit gegenüber den bekannten Schneid- und Ritzlinien aus sowie dadurch, daß der bei den bekannten Linien auftretende Fusseleffekt vermieden wird. Darüber hinaus besitzt die erfindungsgemäße Linie eine ausgezeichnete Maßhaltigkeit, wodurch sich sehr kurze Zurichtzeiten im Werkzeug ergeben.
