Abstract

Es wird ein koaxialer Winkelstecker vorgeschlagen, der einen weitgehend automatischen Fertigungsablauf gestattet. Der Winkelstecker weist einen Innenleiteranschluß mit einem zylindrischen Stift (12) auf, der über zwei Brücken (18, 19) mit zwei Klemmteilen (13, 14) verbunden ist. Die Klemmteile (13, 14) haben einen U-förmigen Querschnitt, wobei das Klemm­ teil (13) den Innenleiter eines am Steckerende abisolierten Koaxialkabels (15) und das Klemmteil (14) den Iso­ lierstoffmantel (17) umfaßt. Der zylindrische Stift (12) ist durch eine Öffnung (21) eines Außenleiteranschlusses (25) gesteckt, der ein topfförmiges Teil (22) und ein damit ver­ bundenes drittes Klemmteil (24) aufweist, das ebenfalls U-­ förmig ausgebildet ist und den Außenleiter (30) des Kabels umfaßt. Das mit Innenleiteranschluß (10) und Außenleit­ eranschluß (25) versehene Kabelende wird mit einem so­ lierenden Kunststoff umspritzt.
