Abstract

Verpackungsmaterial mit einer Kaltkleberbeschichtung (3, 4) zum Bilden der Verschlußnähte.
Die Kaltkleberbeschichtung (3, 4) wird beidseitig auf das Material derart aufgetragen, daß die Kleberbeschichtung der einen Seite jeweils in den Lücken der Beschichtung der anderen Seite liegt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungsmaterial, das ein- oder mehrlagig ausgebildet und mit einer Kaltkleberbeschichtung ver­sehen ist, die beim Bilden einer Verpackung zum Herstellen der Verschlußnähte dient.
  • Bei einem derartigen Verpackungsmaterial ist die Kaltkleber­beschichtung auf der beim Bilden einer Verpackung innen liegenden Seite angebracht, wodurch die Verpackung mit sogenannten Flossen­nähten verschlossen werden muß.
  • Diese Verschlußart befriedigt jedoch nicht immer. Zum Herstellen von überlappenden Nähten ist es aber notwendig, das Klebemittel beidseitig aufzubringen, was beim Aufwickeln des Verpackungsmate­rials beim Verwenden von Kaltklebern zum Verkleben der übereinan­der liegenden Lagen führen würde. Daher wurden bisher Überlap­pungsnähte nicht mit Kaltklebern hergestellt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verpackungsma­terial vorzuschlagen, mit dem Überlappungsnähte unter Verwendung von Kaltklebern herstellbar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf beiden Seiten des Verpackungsmaterials je eine Kaltkleberbeschichtung angeordnet ist, wobei beide Kaltkleberbeschichtungen nur auf einer Teilfläche angebracht und derart zueinander versetzt sind, daß die Kaltkleberbeschichtung der einen Seite jeweils in den Lücken der Kaltkleberbeschichtung der anderen Seite angeordnet ist, wodurch beim Aufrollen des Verpackungsmaterials die beiden Beschichtungen ohne gegenseitige Berührung nebeneinander liegen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels verdeutlicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Bahn-Abschnitt mit beidseitig aufgebrachtem Kaltkleber,
    • Fig. 2 einen weiteren Bahn-Abschnitt mit einer geringfügig anderen Verteilung des Kaltkleberauftrages und
    • Fig. 3 eine schaubildliche Darstellung einer aus einem derartigen Bahnabschnitt aufge­richteten und verschlossenen Verpackung.
  • In Fig. 1 ist ein Abschnitt einer Bahn eines Verpackungsmaterials 1 dargestellt, das aus einer Grundfolie 2 besteht, die auf ihrer Außenseite in nicht näher dargestellter Weise bedruckt ist.
  • An den mit einer Schrägschraffur gekennzeichneten Flächenab­schnitten 3 ist die Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials mit Kalktleber beschichtet. Die Innenseite des Verpackungsmaterials ist dagegen an den mit einer querverlaufenden Schraffur gekenn­zeichneten Flächenabschnitten 4 mit Kaltkleber versehen. Beim Aufrollen des Verpackungsmaterials liegen somit die Flächenab­schnitte 3 und 4 nebeneinander, so daß ein gegenseitiges Verkle­ben vermieden wird.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 sind die mit Kaltkleber beschichteten Flächenabschnitte 13 auf der Außenseite des Ver­packungsmaterials wieder durch eine Schrägschraffur gekennzeich­net. Die auf der Innenseite des Verpackungsmaterials mit Kalt­kleber beschichteten Flächenabschnitte 14 sind dagegen wieder durch eine querverlaufende Schraffur dargestellt. Beide Flächen­ abschnitte überdecken sich beim Aufwickeln der Bahn auch hierbei nicht. Die gewählte Anordnung der beschichteten Flächenabschnitte gewährleistet aber andererseits eine verhältnismäßig dichte Verpackung.
  • Eine solche Verpackung ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Die beiden an den Rändern des Verpackungsmaterials vorgesehenen Flächenab­schnitte mit Kaltkleber-Beschichtung sind dabei zu einer Längs­naht 15 zusammengefaßt.
  • Die kopfseitigen Verschlußteile der Verpackung sind nach deren Befüllen ineinander gefaltet, so daß Kaltkleber-Beschichtungen aufeinander liegen. Durch einfaches Aneinanderpressen ist sodann ein fester Verschluß geschaffen.

Claims (1)

  1. Verpackungsmaterial, das ein- oder mehrlagig ausgebildet und mit einer Kaltkleberbeschichtung versehen ist, die beim Bilden einer Verpackung zum Herstellen der Verschlußnähte dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf beiden Seiten des Verpackungsmaterials je eine Kaltkleberbeschichtung angeord­net ist, wobei beide Kaltkleberbeschichtungen nur auf einer Teilfläche angebracht und derart zueinander versetzt sind, daß die Kaltkleberbeschichtung der einen Seite jeweils in den Lücken der Kaltkleberbeschichtung der anderen Seite angeordnet ist, wodurch beim Aufrollen des Verpackungsmate­rials die beiden Beschichtungen ohne gegenseitige Berührung nebeneinander liegen.
