Claims (11)
- Dispositif de retournement de feuilles pour machines imprimantes rotatives à construction en ligne, comportant des cylindres d'impression (1) de taille double, qui sont reliés, avantageusement, à un cylindre unique de retournement ou de transfert (2) de taille double, le cylindre de retournement (2) étant équipé de systèmes de pinces coopérants, qui permettent le retournement de la feuille (13) en relation fonctionnelle avec le cylindre d'impression (1),
caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'impression (1), disposé en amont du cylindre de retournement (2), est muni d'un revêtement réglable (10), lequel permet de saisir l'extrémité de feuille avec des dispositifs à pinces (5). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'impression (1) présente un corps de base (20) plus petit de plusieurs millimètres et fermé sur toute la surface d'impression, sur lequel s'appuie, en tant que revêtement (10), un volet roulant (10.1) recouvert d'un revêtement en feuille (17), grâce auquel le cylindre d'impression (1) conserve son diamètre propre. - Dispositif de revêtement de feuilles selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, en tant que revêtement (10), sont disposés plusieurs tronçons de volet roulant (10.2), noyés en direction périphérique dans le cylindre d'impression (1), dont les surfaces coïncident avec la surface du cylindre d'impression et sont recouvertes d'une coiffe continue (31), grâce à laquelle le cylindre d'impression (1) conserve son diamètre propre. - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le volet roulant (10.1) est constitué, sur toute sa largeur, de baguettes étroites (32) et/ou de patins, de treillis métalliques, d'un blanchet spécial ou d'un composite souple analogue, en ce qu'il présente, sur le diamètre externe du cylindre d'impression, une surface extérieure pratiquement fermée, et en ce qu'il est radialement rigide et enroulable en direction périphérique. - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le volet roulant (10.1) est constitué de baguettes étroites (32), qui sont enfilées sur plusieurs cordons d'acier (33) et présentent, sur le cylindre d'impression (1), une surface pratiquement continue. - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1, 2, 4 et 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'une partie d'extrémité (12) du volet roulant (10.1) présente une largeur plus grande, est montée, du côté frontal, sur un tourillon (27) du cylindre d'impression (1), et peut être serrée et réglée de l'extérieur par des dispositifs (28,29). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1 et 3,
caractérisé en ce que la coiffe (31), agencée sur les tronçons de volet roulant (10.2), présente, à l'extrémité, une largeur plus grande, est montée, du côté frontal, sur un tourillon (27) du cylindre d'impression (1), et peut être serrée et réglée de l'extérieur par des dispositifs (28,29). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1,2,4,5 et 6,
caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'aspiration (19), pouvant être coupés, s'étendant en une rangée dans la direction axiale du cylindre d'impression (1) sont intégrés dans la partie d'extrémité (12) du volet roulant (10.1), moyens d'aspiration qui sont alimentés en air d'aspiration par un canal (25). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1, 3 et 7,
caractérisé en ce que des surfaces d'aspiration, s'étendant en une rangée dans la direction axiale du cylindre d'impression (1), sont intégrées dans les tronçons de volet roulant (10.2) à leur extrémité, surfaces d'aspiration qui sont alimentées en air d'aspiration par un dispositif d'aspiration (22). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1,2,4,5,6 et 8,
caractérisé en ce que des évidements (39), s'étendant en une rangée dans la direction axiale du cylindre d'impression (1), pour les dispositifs à pinces (5) d'une rangée de pinces sont prévus dans la partie d'extrémité (12) du volet roulant (10.1) y compris le revêtement en feuille (17), pour saisir l'extrémité de la feuille (13). - Dispositif de retournement de feuilles selon les revendications 1,3,7 et 9,
