  • Guarantee tapes on plastic closures serve as a guarantee of integrity for a product packaged in a container with a plastic closure. Claims (6)

  1. Fermeture en matière plastique, composée d'une partie inférieure (1) raccordable à une ouverture de récipient et d'un capuchon en une seule pièce (2) relié à cette partie inférieure par une charnière (3), tandis que la partie inférieure comporte une bande de garantie arrachable (4) qui est diamétralement opposée à la charnière (3), caractérisée en ce que la bande de garantie (4) s'étend au maximum sur la moitié du périmètre du capuchon (2) et dans cette zone au moins sur approximativement toute la hauteur du capuchon, tandis que le côté opposé à la charnière comporte un renfoncement d'appui (7) qui, dans l'état fermé de la fermeture est entièrement recouvert par la bande de garantie (4).
  2. Fermeture en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'est formée dans le capuchon (2) une cavité supplémentaire latérale (9) pour la prise, qui permet de saisir la bande de garantie.
  3. Fermeture en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de garantie (4) est reliée à la partie inférieure de la fermeture par des entretoises déchirables dont la longueur correspond au moins à approximativement l'épaisseur de la bande de garantie.
  4. Fermeture en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est elle-même réalisée en polypropylène.
  5. Fermeture en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la liaison entre la partie inférieure et la bande de garantie est affaiblie par des points destinés à la rupture.
  6. Fermeture en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la liaison entre la partie inférieure et la bande de garantie est affaiblie par des perforations.
