Claims (12)

1. Fermeture pour récipients, avec un élément de base (11), qui présente au moins un orifice de sortie (18) et qui peut être placé sur le récipient, un couvercle (13), qui est articulé sur l'élément de base (11), pour laisser libre ou pour obturer l'orifice de sortie (18), et un élément de verrouillage mobile (23) pour empêcher et/ou pour signaler une ouverture non autorisée de la fermeture, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (13) est congru sous forme de levier à deux bras, et en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) est placé entre un bras du levier (13) et l'élément de base (11) pour empêcher une ouverture du couvercle (13) si l'élément de verrouillage (23) n'a pas été préalablement écarté.
2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) est conçu sous forme de partie du couvercle, détachable par rupture.
3. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) est conçu sous forme de partie de l'élément de base (11), détachable par rupture.
4. Fermeture selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage est relié par de minces barrettes de jonction (25) au couvercle (13) ou à l'élément de base (11).
5. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (13) et l'élément de base (11) constituent des pièces distinctes.
6. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) est conçu sous forme d'outil pour perforer une membrane d'obturation du récipient.
7. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un outil séparé (23′) est prévu sous le couvercle (13) pour perforer une membrane d'obturation du récipient.
8. Fermeture selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'outil (23, 23′) est oblong et présente à l'une de ses extrémités une pointe (35) pour perforer la membrane d'obturation.
9. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) ou l'outil (23′) porte une saillie (27, 27′).
10. Fermeture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (13) est logé dans une rainure (33) de l'élément de base (11).
11. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (13) est, vu de dessus, de forme approximativement rectangulaire et qu'il présente en coupe transversale un profil sensiblement en forme de U.
12. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (23) et/ou l'outil (23′) sont fixés de manière détachable par rupture à l'élément de base (11) ou au couvercle (13) par l'intermédiaire de tenons à pression (42).
