Finally, in this arrangement, it is possible to provide separating elements (12,13,14) between the two condensers preventing any loss of fibers. Finally, in such devices, it is easily possible to incorporate an additional core wire, for example a continuous filament inside the fibrous core, this additional element being brought between the condenser element (9) and the pressure roller (10).
