Claims (5)

1. Spinnvorrichtung zum Herstellen von Garnfasern, die einen mittigen Kern aus diskontinuierlichen Fasern aufweisen, die mit einer äußeren Ummantelung bedeckt sind, die gleichermaßen aus diskontinuierlichen Fasern besteht, wobei man die Fasern, die dazu bestimmt sind, den inneren Kern zu bilden, mittels einer Spindel (6) einer vorübergehenden Vordrehung unterwirft, wobei man auf den so geformten Faden (7) einzelne Fasern (8) aufschleudert, wobei stromaufwärts der Vordrehspindel (6) das Aufschleudern der einzelnen Fasern (8) auf den Kern im Bereich vor dem Verdrehen mittels einer beweglichen Führungsfläche (4) durchgeführt wird, auf die die Fasern tangential zugeführt werden, und die dazu neigt, diesen an ihrem freien Ende eine Zugkraft zu verleihen, wobei der Kern (7) im Hilblick auf die zuvor erwähnte Führungsfläche (4) in einer Richtung, die sich mit der Zuführrichtung der Fasern kreuzt, tangential versetzt ist, wobei die Gesamtheit der Fasern (Kern und Ummantelung) der Wirkung eines gemeinsamen Zugsystems (1) unterworfen ist, an dessen Ausgang
- ein Teil der Fasern, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Ummantelung zu bilden, nach und nach auf die bewegliche Führungsfläche (4) zugeführt werden, auf der sie liegend gehalten werden, wobei diese Fläche dazu neigt, auf das freie Ende der Fasern eine Zugkraft auszuüben;
- der andere Teil der Fasern, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Kern zu bilden, getrennt von der Fläche (4) gehalten ist, so daß diese stromabwärts des Aufschleuderbereiches des ersten Teils der Fasern auf die Fläche (4) in tangentiale Berührung mit dieser zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Kern (7) zu bilden, zwischen dem Ausgang des Zugsystems (1) und der Führungsfläche (4), wo der Kern mit den Ummantelungsfasern verbunden wird, gleichermaßen der Wirkung eines zweiten Kondenserelements (9) unterworfen werden, das gleichermaßen die Form einer drehbaren Führung (10) aufweist, und das mit einer beweglichen Rolle (11) verbunden ist, die das Stromaufwärtssteigen der Verdrehung, die durch die Vordrehspindel (6) erteilt wird, blockiert.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehbare Führung (10) des zweiten Kondenserelements (9) die Form eines in seinem mittigen Bereich hohlen Zylinders aufweist, auf dessen gesamter Umfangsfläche Öffnungen vorhanden sind, die mit einer Absaugquelle verbunden sind.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kondenserelemente (4, 9) rechtwinklig zum Ausgang des Zugsystems (1) angeordnet sind.
4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Zugsystem (1 b) ausgehenden Fasern, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Kern zu bilden, das Kondenserelement (10), bevor sie die die Verdrehung blockierende Rolle (11) erreichen, auf einem Teil dessen Umfanges bedecken.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugsystem (1) vertikal angeordnet ist, wohingegen die Kondenserelemente (9, 4) jeweils horizontal unterhalb des Ausgangs des Zugsystems (1) angeordnet sind.
