Claims (9)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hülle-Kern-Garns, bei welchem zwei Vorgarne zwischen einem Zuführort und einem Parr Verzugswalzen einzeln gestreckt werden, oberhalb von denen in jedes Vorgarn ein kontinuierlicher Faden eingeführt wird, bei welchem ferner die beiden jeweils durch das Vorgarn und den kontinuierlichen Faden gebildeten Stränge mit Hilfe eines Falschdrahtelementes (7) miteinander verdrillt werden, wobei sie an einem Zusammenführungspunkt (12) oberhalb des genannten Falschdrahtelementes eingeführt werden, und bei welchem die Spannung der Stränge geregelt, dann das Aufwickeln der Stränge bewirkt und danach das so gebildete Garn auf einer Zwirnvorrichtung gezwirnt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder kontinuierliche Faden (6a, 6b) längs der Mantellinie (25) des Kreiszylinders eingeführt wird, der durch das Vorgarn (5a, 5b) gebildet wird, welches an der dem Zusammenführungspunkt (12) abgewandten Seite angeordnet ist und in welches der Faden eingefhürt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder kontinuierliche Faden oberhalb der Verzugswalzen ohne konstante Spannung eingeführt wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorhandensein oder Nichtvorhandensein von Deckfäden auf dem Kernfaden durch die Veränderung der Position des Zusammenführungspunktes abgetastet wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorhandensein oder Nichtvorhandensein eines Stranges durch die Veränderung der Position der oberhalb des Drallgeberelementes (7) geformten Garnes abgetastet wird.

Einrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit zwei Paaren Zuführwalzen (2a, 2b) für ein Vorgarn, mit zwei Paaren Streckelementen (3a, 3b) für das Vorgarn, mit zwei Paaren Verzugswalzen (4a, 4b) für das Vorgarn, mit Falschdrahtmitteln (7) durch Reibung der Stränge, mit Mitteln (10) zum Regeln der Spannung der Stränge unterhalb der Falschdrahtmittel (7), mit Mitteln (11) zum Aufwickeln und mit Mitteln zum Zwirnen des durch die Stränge gebildeten Garns.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Zylinder-Riemen-Anordnungen (19a, 19b), die den Zug der kontinuierlichen Fäden regeln, und zwei Kondenser (20), die zwischen den Streckelementen (3a, 3b) und den Verzugswalzen (4a, 4b) angeordnet sind, aufweist, daß die Falschdrahtmittel durch Reibung der Stränge bewegliche endlose Riemen (16, 17) aufweisen, daß die Mittel zum Regeln der Spannung der Stränge abgabewalzen (10) aufweisen, deren Geschwindigkeit im Verhältnis zur Geschwindigkeit der Verzugswalzen (4a, 4b) geregelt ist, und daß die Mittel zum Zwirnen durch eine Zwirnvorrichtung gebildet sind.
8. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einen Kontaktgeber (26) aufweist, der zwischen dem obersten Zusammenführungspunkt (15) bei Vorhandensein von Fäden und dem Zusammenführungspunkt (15a) bei Nichtvorhandensein von Fäden angeordnet ist.
9. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Kontaktgeber (27, 28) aufweist, die zu beiden Seiten des Garns (18) oberhalb des Falschdraht-Drallgebers (7) angeordnet sind.
