Claims (8)
- Installation de dépôt intermédiaire de pièces dans des postes à vide de presses transfert, comportant des dispositifs de prise et de maintien disposés à proximité de postes à vide et destinés à prendre des éléments de support (14) montés de manière amovible sur des tables mobiles (21) ou sur des outils (22) portés par ces tables, ces éléments de support devant être amenés dans la zone du poste à vide adjacent et s'étendant sensiblement sur une étendue des pièces à supporter, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en correspondance de chaque dispositif de prise et de maintien, des récepteurs pivotants (15) à axe de pivotement vertical, lesquels peuvent d'une part être couplés chacun à un élément de support (14) grâce à un déplacement en direction des tables mobiles (21) et d'autre part couplés à un mécanisme de pivotement par lequel chacun des éléments de support (14) peut pivoter dans les deux sens entre une orientation transversale, que l'élément de support (14) prend sur la table mobile (21), et une orientation longitudinale par rapport à la direction de transport (16) des pièces.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, comportant des crémaillères (7) formant des organes de prise qui sont montés et entraînés, sur le dispositif de prise et de maintien, d'une manière coulissante dans la direction de transport (16) des pièces, caractérisée en ce que les récepteurs pivotants (15) sont disposés sur la partie des crémaillères (7) qui est proche de l'outil (22) et de la table mobile (21).
- Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de prise et de maintien peut être couplé à au moins une traverse (13) portant les éléments de support (14), cette traverse étant fixée de manière amovible à la table mobile (21) ou à l'outil (22) et pouvant être entraînée par les crémaillères (7) du dispositif de prise et de maintien, et en ce que la traverse (13) comporte, pour chaque élément de support (14), un récepteur pivotant (15) qui est couplé à un mécanisme de pivotement.
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la traverse (13) est agencée pour être saisie par les extrémités (17) des crémaillères (7) qui sont proches de l'outil (22) et de la table mobile (21), en ce que la denture de chacune desdites crémaillères (7) est engagée sur un pignon (12) monté de manière rotative sur la console (3) du dispositif de prise et de maintien, et en ce que les pignons (12) sont couplés mutuellement par un arbre commun (11) entraîné par un moteur (8).
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les récepteurs pivotants (15) disposés sur la traverse (13) sont formés par une tige de support (38) ayant une partie supérieure porteuse (support 25) pour l'élément (14) et une partie de palier de pivotement (26) pour son montage dans la traverse (13), et en ce que chaque tige de support (38) comporte, dans sa partie de palier (26), une denture (27) coopérant avec le mécanisme de pivotement.
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de pivotement comporte une crémaillère (28) correspondant à chaque tige de support (38) et attaquant la denture (27) de celle-ci, en ce que ladite crémaillère (28) est montée dans la traverse (13) d'une manière libre dans la direction de transport (16) des pièces, en ce que chacune de ces crémaillères libres (28) comporte une butée (19) dirigée contre le dispositif de prise et de maintien et agencée pour s'appuyer contre une barre d'appui (20) prévue sur celui-ci, et en ce que chaque tige de support (38) est couplée à un accumulateur (18) accumulant l'énergie pour le pivotement.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque accumulateur d'énergie est un ressort de torsion (19) monté avec une précontrainte sur la tige de support (38) et dont l'une des extrémités est fixée à la traverse (13) et l'autre à la tige de support (38).
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une tringle coulissante (29) est montée dans un guidage parallèle à chaque crémaillère (7) et est couplée, par une de ses extrémités, à un vérin (5) de déplacement longitudinal (34) disposé dans la partie de la crémaillère (7) qui est éloignée de l'outil (22) et de la table mobile (21), et par son autre extrémité à une cheville rotative (30) montée de manière mobile dans la partie de la crémaillère (7) qui est proche de l'outil (22) et de la table mobile (21), en ce que ladite cheville (30) comporte une rainure périphérique hélicoïdale (31) qui coopère avec un doigt (32) de la crémaillère (7) pour effectuer une rotation (33) pendant son déplacement longitudinal (34) sous l'effet de la tringle coulissante (29), et en ce que ladite cheville (30) comporte, à son extrémité émergeant de la crémaillère (7), un verrou fixe (35) agencé pour s'accrocher à la traverse (13).
