Definitions

  • the invention relates to a conveyor system according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a conveyor system of the type mentioned is known from DE-A-33 13 951.
  • the trolley contains a control device, into which an authorization code is entered at a transmitting station of the control device.
  • the control device compares the authorization code with the lock code and actuates the unlocking device only when a match has been found.
  • This type of locking the lid of the container is relatively complicated and expensive, since a device for generating and entering an authorization code is required at the transmitting station.
  • the trolley itself also requires a relatively complicated control device to compare the lock code with the authorization code.
  • the object of the invention is to design a conveyor system of the type mentioned at the outset so that the cover can be locked more easily and with simpler means.
  • the system according to the invention is therefore characterized by an extraordinary simplicity, with neither a setting device for entering a blocking code at a transmitting station nor an adjusting device for entering an authorization code at a receiving station, and finally also no control device in the trolley comparing the blocking code with the authorization code.
  • Claim 2 describes an advantageous circuit for controlling the unlocking device, which is particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
  • the locking device for the travel current of the drive motor can be integrated in the circuit of the unlocking device.
  • an unlocking device can only be activated if the code on the trolley corresponds to the station-specific code to which the code reading device is set.
  • the locking device is expediently designed according to claim 5, so that the lid can be closed even when there is no unlocking current.
  • FIG. 1 shows a station of a rail-bound conveyor system in cross section.
  • the trolley 2 has a container 6 which can be closed with a lid 4 and which is detachably or permanently connected to a chassis 8.
  • This contains running or driving rollers 10, which run on a rail 12, which contains, for example, side parts 14 that overlap the rollers, so that the trolley 2 is securely held in the rails in any position, even overhead.
  • Busbars 16, 18 are arranged on the rail 12, on which current collectors 20, 22 act to supply the drive motor 24 with traction current.
  • guide strips 26, 28, 30 are arranged one above the other in the direction of travel, in which code elements 32, 34, 36 are displaceably guided in the form of permanent magnets.
  • the code elements can be used to set various codes on the trolley, which can be used, in particular, to identify the trolley or for other tasks. These codes set on the trolleys are read by means of code reading devices 38, which are arranged along the course of the conveyor system and serve various purposes, for example for controlling switches, unlocking devices, etc.
  • the lid 4 has a circumferential shoulder 40 with which it sits on the upper edge of the container 42.
  • An apron 44 adjoins the shoulder 40 and overlaps the container 6.
  • the Lid 4 is pivotally connected to the container 6 via a hinge 46.
  • a self-locking locking device 48 is arranged on the opposite side in order to hold the cover 4 in the closed position and to secure it against unauthorized opening.
  • the locking device 48 has a bolt 50 which is pivotably mounted on a pin 54 connected to the wall 52 of the container 6.
  • the latch 50 is designed as a toggle lever, with a lever 56 having a nose 58 which, in the locked position, engages over a pin 60 which is fastened to the apron 44 of the lid 4 and via a recess 62 in the wall 52 of the container 6 into the interior of the Container protrudes.
  • a tension spring 66 is connected to the second lever 64 of the bolt 50 and biases the bolt into the locking position shown in FIG. 1.
  • the nose 58 contains an oblique run-up surface 68, on which the pin 60 of the cover 4 engages when the cover is closed and displaces the bolt 50 against the force of the tension spring 66 from the locking position, so that the bolt is self-engaging. Stops 70, 72 serve to limit the swivel path of the bolt 50.
  • An unlocking device 74 which has an electromagnet 76, the core 78 of which is articulated via a coupling rod 80 to the lever 64 of the bolt 50, also acts on the bolt 50.
  • the electromagnet 76 is connected via a line 82 to a circuit 84 which is connected to the busbars 16, 18 and serves primarily to activate the electromagnet 76 and, in the present example, also to switch off the travel current for the drive motor 24 when an unlocking current is present is created.
  • a traction current for example, is supplied to the busbars 16, 18 by a power source (not shown in detail) a voltage of 24 volts DC is applied.
  • a stationary unlocking transmitter 86 is used, which delivers an unlocking current to the busbars 16, 18 via lines 88.
  • This unlocking current has a voltage that is less than the voltage of the traction current and is, for example, 7 volts DC.
  • a current collector 20 is connected directly to the drive motor 24 via a line 90.
  • a switch 94 2 controlled by a relay 94.
  • the switch 942 In the rest position, the switch 942 is open or connects to a short-circuit line 96 in order to keep the preferably permanently excited drive motor in the braked position.
  • the circuit 84 is connected to the lines 90, 92 via a bridge rectifier 98.
  • the circuit 84 also forms a blocking device for the circuit of the drive motor and contains the relay 94 connected via a Zener diode 100, the Zener diode being non-conductive for currents with a voltage below the voltage of the travel current, so that the relay 94 only with the occurrence of a current with the Voltage of the traction current is activated, so that only then can the switch 942 be closed and the drive motor 24 is activated.
  • the relay 94 remains in the rest position.
  • FIG. 3 also shows the circuit diagram of an unlocking transmitter 86, which is essentially formed from a current source 106 with an unlocking voltage of 7 volts DC.
  • the unlocking transmitter 86 also contains a code reading device 38, which essentially consists of reed switches 108, 110, 112 connected in series. These reed switches are permanently set in a station-specific code. Each reed switch responds to a code element 32, 34, 36 which is arranged on the trolley. Only if the code elements 32, 34, 36 are arranged in the station-specific code can all three reed switches 108, 110, 112 close and the unlocking transmitter 86 deliver an unlocking current to the busbars 16, 18.
  • the code reading device 38 can generally be dispensed with, so that a permanent unlocking current is present on the busbars 16, 18.
  • the unlocking transmitter 86 can contain a switch, not shown, with which the unlocking transmitter 86 can be activated by hand and / or by other switching elements, not shown, as required.
  • the present locking device can serve as the exclusive and only locking device of the cover or as an additional securing device for an existing locking mechanism of the usual type or for one according to DE-OS 34 11 143.
  • the locking device for the circuit of the drive motor cannot be part of the circuit of the unlocking device, but part of a circuit that monitors the exact closure of the cover by means of a normal locking device, as is described in CH-PSs 528 388 and 607 976.
  • the switch 942 described in Figure 3 can then be actuated by a switching element of such a circuit.
