Claims (3)
- Nahtungsmaschine zum Herstellen einer Stecknaht zum Endlosmachen eines Gewebebandes, insbesondere eines Siebbandes, durch Verweben von Kettfadenenden (12, 12') einer jeden Gewebeseite mit je einem Hilfskettstreifen (15, 15'),mit beiderseits der herzustellenden Stecknaht angeordneten Fadentrennern (7, 7') zur Abtrennung und Vereinzelung der Kettfadenenden (12, 12') aus den in Magazinierbunden (13, 13') angeordneten Kettfäden jeder Gewebeseite,mit einem aus Übergabegreifern (8, 8') und Durchziehgreifern (9, 9') bestehenden Greifersystem zum Eintragen der ausgelösten Einzelfäden in ein von Hilfsettfäden (15, 15') durch eine Fachbildungseinrichtung (5) vorgebildetes, ein Vollfach, ein Teilfach oder ein Anschlußteilfach pro Hilfskettstreifen (15, 15') umfassendes Webfach, wobei das Vollfach sich über die gesamte Breite des betreffenden Hilfskettstreifens (15, 15') erstreckt, das Teilfach vom zum jeweils anderen Hilfskettstreifen (15', 15) hin ausgebildeten, innenliegenden Teil des betreffenden Hilfskettstreifens (15, 15') und das Anschlußteilfach vom entsprechend außenliegenden Teil des betreffenden Hilfskettstreifens (15, 15') gebildet ist, undmit einer angetriebenen, zwei Webladen (10, 10') aufweisenden Webladeneinrichtung zum Anschlagen jedes Einzelfädens nach seinem Eintragen in das vorgebildete Webfach durch die jeweilige Weblade (10, 10') pro Nahtungs- bzw. Gewebehälfte an die jeweilige Webkante,wobei nach dem Anschlagen die in das Vollfach des Hilfskettstreifens (15, 15') eingetragenen Kettfadenenden durch das Greifersystem (8, 8'; 9, 9') entweder um einen in der Mitte zwischen den Hilfskettstteifen (15, 15') angeordneten, aus wenigstens einem Draht bestehenden Zentraldraht (16, 27, 27') beliebiger Querschnittsfläche bzw. um eine oder mehrere Drahtspiralen (25) herum oder unter Vermeidung des oder der Zentraldrähte bzw. der Drahtspirale(n) in ihre eigene Gewebeseite zurückwebbar sind.
- Nahtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelfäden zurückwebbar sind, indem der Durchziehgreifer (9, 9') das Kettfadenende (12, 12') in eine Übergabeposition zurückschwenkt, der andere Durchziehgreifer (9', 9) das Kettfadenende in der Übergabeposition übernimmt, wobei der Übergabegreifer (8, 8') während des Übergabevorgangs Positionierungshilfe durch Andrücken des Kettfadenendes (12, 12') leistet, und das Kettfadenende anspannt, so daß der oder die Zentraldrähte (16, 27, 27') bzw. die Drahtspirale(n) (25) entsprechend dem Arbeitsfortschritt abwechselnd von einem Kettfadenende der rechten und linken Gewebeseite umschlungen wird/werden, während der jeweils gegenüberliegende Kettfaden ohne Umschlingung des oder der Zentraldrähte bzw. der Drahtspirale(n) zurückgewoben wird.
- Nahtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung (18) mit Führungsrollen (19, 20) zum Festhalten der mit einer eingewobenen Drahtspirale (25) versehenen Gewebeenden.
