Definitions

  • the invention relates to a storage device for documents, in which a tack strip is held in a slot of a carrier plate with two tabs that can be inserted and bent through holes in the document, a slot extending parallel to the carrier plate plane for receiving the central web of the tacking strip and with the support surface within a slot wall the support plate reaching openings for the tongues is formed.
  • Document filing devices are usually designed as staplers or folders. When using a binding strip, it is drawn into slots and / or channels. In any case, such an arrangement requires a flexible support.
  • a storage device of the type mentioned is known from AT-A-313 237.
  • the tacking strip with the tacking tongues is held in the slots of a slide which can be inserted into the carrier plates. Replacing the booklet strip or removing the stack of documents formed on the booklet strip is only possible by pulling the slide out of the carrier plate.
  • the object of the invention is such a design of a depositing device that the tacking strip itself can be exchanged within the surface of the carrier plate and can be locked without additional aids.
  • a flexible flap is formed opposite the insertion gap within the carrier plate, which flap is delimited by gaps vertically adjoining the slot mentioned.
  • the depositing device differs from the prior art in that the tacking strip sitting within the fixed and rigid carrier plate is fixed in its position by the relaxed flap. By pressing the flap down, the tacking strip is accessible for replacement, so that it can be placed in the permanent storage together with the stack of documents. All ongoing work can therefore be carried out on the work surface defined by the carrier plate.
  • the carrier plate can be used for filing documents used daily. You can store the carrier plate in an office cabinet or the like.
  • the filing device is particularly suitable for filing bank documents, statements, lists of various types and any other documents.
  • the size of the carrier plate and the arrangement of the one or more booklet strips takes into account the size of the writing.
  • the invention provides that the insertion gap has a lower, middle, widened wall section and two upper lateral wall sections which are offset from one another in the longitudinal direction of the insertion gap. This also simplifies the construction of the injection mold for production, because only one wall section has to be formed on each side of the gap. In addition, a symmetrical arrangement is obtained which facilitates the insertion of the central web of the booklet.
  • the adhesive strip is secured in that the flap has laterally projections which extend the wall sections of the insertion gap.
  • the invention provides that several insertion gaps are arranged on one side of the carrier plate in a row, the openings of which have the same spacing from one another.
  • the breakthroughs result in multiple uses, since adjacent breakthroughs allow different insertion options for tack strips. This makes the use of the carrier plate extremely variable.
  • the spacing of the openings can also be determined according to other grids, e.g. B. according to a grid for computer storage.
  • hook-in lugs are provided on the carrier plate for receiving a flexible band aligned parallel to the booklet strips.
  • the depositing device comprises a carrier plate 1, which is essentially a rigid component.
  • the entire carrier plate 1 is expediently a plastic injection molded part.
  • slide strips 2 On both sides of the support plate 1 there are slide strips 2, which are accommodated in slide rails of an office cabinet or the like. The entire carrier plate 1 can thus be pushed into an office cabinet or into another insertion part.
  • a grip strip 3 is located on the end face of the support plate.
  • a slot 4 is formed inside the support plate 1 parallel to the grip strip, and a stitching strip is arranged parallel to it.
  • the tacking strip comprises a straight central web 5 and two tacking tongues 6 bent at right angles, which in the usual way extend through perforations in font 7 and are held together by a cover strip 8.
  • the slide strips can also be arranged parallel to the binding strip.
  • the format of the carrier plate 1 depends on the size of the document to be deposited.
  • a diaphragm wall there is an insertion gap 9 which runs parallel to the plane of the carrier plate and which receives the central web 5 of the binding strip.
  • the insertion gap is delimited by a lower middle widened wall section 10 and two laterally adjoining upper wall sections 11.
  • the wall sections 10 and 11 are thus offset from one another, so that the insertion gap 9 is always only limited on one side. This is favorable for production, since the injection mold can then be designed in a simple manner.
  • the insertion of the adhesive strip is facilitated, since the same is only guided on one side, so that it is not possible to clamp or tilt within the insertion gap 9.
  • the wall section 10 is widened and protrudes beyond the insertion gap, so that it forms a support for the central web 5 of the booklet strip during assembly.
  • the insertion gap 9 is opposed by a flexible flap 12 of the carrier plate 1.
  • the flap 12 is delimited on the end face by the insertion gap 9 and also by gaps 13 adjoining the slot mentioned vertically, so that the flap 12 hangs on one side on the carrier plate 1 and is otherwise freely flexible.
  • the flap 12 has a cutout 19 corresponding to the wall section 10.
  • the flexible flap 12 has projections 14 which are located in the extension of the insertion gap 9 and essentially close off the insertion gap 9 in the relaxed position of the flap 12. Openings 15 remain free between the wall section 11 and the projections, through which the tabs 6 of the tab strip project upwards.
  • On the underside of the flap 12 there is a web 18 which serves as a limitation for the movement of the flap 12.
  • catches 16 are formed into which a flexible band 17, preferably a rubber band, can be hung.
  • the tape 17 thus runs parallel to the booklet strip, so that it extends across the stack of the writing material.
  • the central web 5 of the booklet strip lies within the insertion gap 9 and is alternately delimited by the wall sections 10 and 11.
  • the tabs 6 extend through the openings 15 upwards.
  • the flap 12 is in a relaxed state and closes the insertion gap 9 and the openings 15, so that the central web 5 of the adhesive strip is held firmly.
  • On the tongues 6 of the booklet strip 7 can be removed as a stack in the usual way.
  • the resilient band 17 can be stretched over the ends of the sheets of writing material so that the stack of writing material 7 is held together.
  • FIGS. 4 and 4 show the mounting position for the booklet strip.
  • the flap 12 is pressed down so that the insertion gap 9 is freely accessible.
  • the booklet strip can be easily pushed in by hand, the central web 5 of the booklet strip first being placed on the projecting wall section 10 and then being pressed under the wall sections 11 with transverse displacement.
  • the tongues 6 inevitably insert into the openings 15.
  • the flap 12 is supported by the web 18 when depressed, so that excessive deformation of the flap 12 is excluded.
  • the flap 12 is released so that it springs back into the relaxed position according to FIGS. 1 and 2. This will hold the tape in place.
  • the tack strip can no longer emerge from the insertion gap 9 in this relaxed position of the flap 12.
  • the processing of the daily filing is possible on the carrier plate 1 without difficulty.
  • the carrier plate can be inserted into an office cabinet at any time and stored there. When the strip is full, it can be put together men with the stack of documents by depressing the flap 12 removed from the support plate 1 and placed in the permanent storage. The writing remains on the booklet so that there is no mess. A new, empty booklet strip can then be inserted into the carrier plate 1, on which further daily documents are received.
  • the carrier plate 101 is dimensioned for a storage format DIN A4.
  • three insertion gaps 91, 92, 93 are formed in a row, which have a total of four openings 151, 152, 153, 154.
  • the openings 151 and 152 belong to the insertion gap 91, the openings 152, 153 to the insertion gap 92 and the openings 153, 154 to the insertion gap 93.
  • the openings 152 and 153 are each assigned to two insertion columns.
  • a common flap 12 is provided for the operation of all insertion gaps 91, 92, 93.
  • the openings are arranged at a mutual distance of 30 mm according to the standard hole size for office storage.
  • the function of the flap 12 and the insertion process for the tack strips corresponds exactly to the embodiment described above. However, you have a variable use. You can use the middle breakthrough pair 152, 153 to hold a single booklet for an A4 format. In a different way, the two outer breakthrough pairs 151, 152 and 153, 154 can also be provided with tack strips 51 and 52. Then a A5 format can be stapled onto each of the strips 51 and 52. The carrier plate 101 thus has a variable reusability.
