Abstract
Le dessous de plat pour un récipient d'aliments ou de boissons se compose de deux enveloppes (11, 12) reposant l'une sur l'autre le long de leurs bords (13) et reliées entre elles de manière étanche au moyen d'un vissage (18) et d'une bague d'étanchéité insérée (21). La cavité creuse (14) entourée des enveloppes (11, 12) contient de l'air ou un gaz noble, par exemple de l'argon, ou est sous vide. L'enveloppe supérieure (11) comportant une surface de pose (15) pour le récipient est à base de plastique résistant aux températures. L'enveloppe inférieure (12) à poser sur une table, plus haute que l'enveloppe supérieure (11), est à base de plastique à forte isolation thermique. Une poignée plate (22) est formée sur l'enveloppe supérieure (11). Le dessous de plat empêche en principe tout transfert de chaleur du récipient à la table, il est léger, facile à manipuler et peut être lavé en machine.
