Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ski boot with a foot holder arranged inside an outer shell, which can be adjusted by at least one tension member with the aid of at least one tensioning device mounted on the shell, which consists of a winding body for the tension member and a turnstile for the shaft passing through the shell , and in which the winding body is arranged on the shaft within the outer shell and an adjusting member is attached to the shaft outside the shell.
  • Such a ski boot is known from AT-B-374 352.
  • an adjustable foot holder is provided between the shell and the foot to adapt to the particular shape of the foot, which usually acts on the inner shoe.
  • Such foot mounts are required in particular for ski boots whose outer shell has a closed forefoot part with a hinged shaft, which is composed of a fore-end part and a swiveling heel flap.
  • the forefoot part of the shell cannot be adjusted, so that adaptation to the foot is only possible using a separate foot holder.
  • a saddle-like pressure transmission piece is provided within the shell in the instep area, which can be braced against the heel with the aid of straps.
  • cables are attached to the straps, which are guided through corresponding channels in the shell outwards to a tensioning lever articulated in the heel area on the heel flap so that the pressure transmission piece can be pulled against the inner shoe via a tensioning lever actuation.
  • the tensioning lever is provided with several notches for the cable. However, these notches only allow gradual adjustment. Continuous adjustment can be achieved if the cable engages with a screw drive that is mounted on the tensioning lever. However, this makes the tensioning device structurally complex. Apart from this, the cables provided for tensioning the straps must be led through channels in the shell, whereby Cable deflections are unavoidable, which on the one hand complicate the actuation of the tensioning device and on the other hand cause greater wear.
  • a tensioning device for the foot holder of a ski boot, which consists of a winding body for the tension member seated on a shaft within the outer shell and a turnstile for the shaft passing through the shell.
  • the winding body is formed from a substantially semicircular winding disk, which is rotatably connected to the pivotable shaft part of the ski boot, via the hinge axis of the pivotable shaft part, so that when the shaft part is pivoted, depending on the pivoting direction, the foot holder is tightened or loosened.
  • the radius of the winding disk must be selected to be relatively large.
  • the known tensioning device is consequently not suitable for adjusting the foot holder by hand.
  • this button does not provide a rotary handle for tensioning the foot holder put on shoe.
  • the lever arm would be too large to apply the necessary torque, and on the other hand the screw connection between the button and the locking disk would have to be loosened and tightened again.
  • a closure on a ski boot which comprises an adjusting element designed as a turning handle, provided with a rotatably mounted handle, which is pivotable about an axis of rotation penetrating a drive shaft perpendicularly.
  • the known adjusting element has a turnstile which consists of a stop which is fixed to the shell when the adjusting element is fixed. By folding down the handle, it comes into operative connection with the stop.
  • This closure is easy to use and also wear-resistant. However, it does not serve as a tensioning device for an inside of an outer shell of a ski boot arranged foot bracket.
  • no measures are provided for a turnstile of the folded-up handle, which could additionally facilitate the handling of the known closure.
  • the present invention is based on the object, based on the prior art according to AT-B 374352, to further develop a ski boot in such a way that the tensioning device is easy to operate by hand, as a result of small dimensions at a location of the shell of the foot that is favorable for tensioning the foot holder Ski boots can be attached and is relatively wear-resistant.
  • the winding body is designed as a winding roll and the adjusting member as a twist grip and the twist grip has a handle that is rotatably mounted on the shaft about an axis of rotation oriented perpendicular to this shaft and that the turnstile consists of at least one shell-fixed stop exists, which cooperates with the handle folded down against the shell and that the shaft is axially displaceably held in the shell and resiliently supported against the shell and that a locking device is provided which has at least one locking lug engaging in corresponding locking recesses, which is preferably attached to the handle is.
  • the tension member usually a cable or a rope
  • the tension member is wound up or unwound, which results in the adjustment of the foot holder.
  • the winding core of the winding roll can have a comparatively small diameter, the adjustment steps are small even if the turnstile is only effective in selected rotational positions of the shaft.
  • the small diameter of the winding roll also makes it possible that the required clamping torque can be applied by hand without difficulty via the handle.
  • the one exercised over the tension member Torque across the shaft must be removed from the shell. However, this presents no difficulties, because on the one hand the distance of the winding roll from the inside of the shell can be kept small and on the other hand the shaft can be additionally supported on the surface of the shell via support plates.
  • the grip piece In order to fix the shaft for the winding roller in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the shell, the grip piece only has to be folded down against the shell, so that it comes to lie in front of the provided shell-fixed stop, which prevents further rotation of the grip piece.
  • the pivotable mounting of the handle also has the advantage that the raised handle is easy to handle for actuating the tensioning device, but that after adjusting the foot holder the handle can be pivoted into a non-protruding locking position.
  • the shaft on which the winding roll is arranged is axially displaceably held in the shell and is resiliently supported with respect to the shell, and that the grip preferably has at least one locking lug engaging in corresponding locking recesses, is an effective turnstile even when the grip is folded up created.
  • the handle To release such a turnstile, the handle must be turned with an increased force in order to be able to unscrew the catch from the catch recess while overcoming the spring force.
  • the latching takes place automatically when the latching position is reached due to the resilient support of the shaft.
  • Such a resilient latching device therefore has the additional advantage that the handle is also latched in the pivoted position in certain rotational positions of the shaft, which is particularly the case when the actuating hand is moved when Turning the handle is easier.
  • the latching recesses can finally consist of two grooves in the shell intersecting in the region of the shaft.
  • a single stop for the handle can be sufficient for a turnstile, it is advantageous to provide two stops at a distance corresponding to the length of the handle on both sides of the shaft, so that the handle can be folded down between the stops, because the load on the stops is kept smaller.
  • the handle has at least two latching lugs offset with respect to one another with respect to its axis of rotation by the folding angle, because one of these latching lugs takes effect in the pivoted-up position of the handle and the other in the folded-down position.
  • the locking lugs consist of a web parallel to the axis of rotation of the handle, a comparatively large support surface is formed by this web, which entails favorable locking conditions.
  • the outer shell 1 of the ski boot shown in FIG. 1 consists of a forefoot part 2 forming the sole 2a and a shaft articulated on the forefoot part 2, which is composed of a front part 3 of the shaft and the heel flap 4. Since in particular the forefoot part 2 has a closed, non-adjustable shape, a foot holder 5 is provided within the shell 1 to adapt to the respective foot shape and size, which can be adjusted with the aid of a tensioning device 6.
  • This foot holder 5 consists of a lining piece 7 which extends within the shell over the instep area and which can be tensioned via tension members 8. For reasons of clarity, only one of the tension members 8 connected to a tensioning device 6 is indicated.
  • the tensioning device 6 is essentially formed by a shaft 9 which passes through the shell 1 and carries a winding roller 10 for the tension member 8 on the inside of the shell and a turning handle 11 on the outside of the shell, this tensioning device can be attached anywhere on the shell 1, where a bracing of the foot holder 5 is desired.
  • the tension member 8 in the exemplary embodiment a rope or cable, is shown in FIG. 1 from a fixed pivot point 12 via the lining piece 7 to the other side of the shoe to a deflection roller 13 and from this deflection roller 13 back to the tensioning device 6, where it is on the winding roller 10 is anchored.
  • This tension member guide has the advantage that the tension of the two tension member strands is compensated for via the deflecting roller 13 and the adjustment of the foot holder via the tensioning device 6 can be carried out more finely because the tensioning device 6 acts on both tension member dreams and consequently the adjustment path for the foot bracket 5 is only half Travel of the tensioning device 6 corresponds.
  • a turnstile is provided for the shaft 9.
  • This turnstile consists according to FIGS. 2 and 3 of two shells fixed stops 14 provided on both sides of the shaft 9, which cooperate with the rotary handle 11, which is designed for this purpose as a handle 15, which is about an axis 16 perpendicular to the shaft 9 on the Shaft 9 is rotatably mounted and can be folded down between the stops 14. In the folded position, the handle 15 is held between the stops 14 against rotation about the shaft axis. In the dashed-dotted actuation position indicated in FIG. 2, however, the handle can be rotated freely and the tension member 8 can be unwound from the winding drum 10 or wound on the winding drum.
  • a latching device is provided, namely that the handle 15 forms on the bearing-side end with respect to the axis of rotation 16 in each case offset latching projections 17 in the form of axially parallel webs, which are in the region of the shaft 9 with two in the region of the shaft 9 intersecting, groove-like recesses 18 cooperate.
  • the shaft 9 is held axially displaceably in the shell 1 and is supported by a spring 19, which in the exemplary embodiment is designed as a spring ring between the shell 1 and the winding drum 10 the shell 1.
  • the tensioning device 6 is mounted on a shoulder of the heel flap 4 so that when the heel flap is swiveled away, the foot holder 5 can come into a position in which it is easier to pull the foot out of the forefoot part 2.
  • the heel flap namely the tensioning device 6 is pivoted in the sense of an extension of the tension member 8 about the pivot axis of the heel flap 4.
