Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Eintreibgerät für Befestigungselemente, wie Nägel, Klammern und dergleichen, mit einem Magazinbehälter für die Befestigungselemente, der eine geräteseitige Abgabeöffnung und einen aus einer Ladestellung gegen die Abgabeöffnung getriebenen Transportschieber für die Befestigungselemente aufweist, wobei in Ladestellung ein Anschlag am Transportschieber mit einem Widerlager am Magazihbehälter zusammenwirkt.
- Ein bekanntes Eintreibgerät weist einen Magazinbehälter für einzutreibende Nägel auf. Der Vorschub der Nägel im Magazinbehälter zu einer Abgabeöffnung erfolgt durch einen im Magazinbehälter geführten und von einer Feder angetriebenen Transportschieber. Zum Beschicken des Magazinbehälters mit Nägeln wird der Transportschieber in eine Ladestellung gebracht. Hierzu wird der Transportschieber unter Spannen der Feder entgegen der Transportrichtung gezogen und sodann seitlich aus dem Führungskanal für die Nägel ausgerückt. Dadurch kommt eine Arretierung zustande, indem ein Anschlag am Transportschieber in Abstützung an einem Widerlager am Magazinbehälter gelangt.
- Nach dem Beschicken des Magazinbehälters wird der Transportschieber händisch durch geringfügiges Verschieben entgegen der Transportrichtung und anschliessendes seitliches Einrücken in den Führungskanal wieder in Transportstellung gebracht. Sowohl das Versetzen des Transportschiebers in Ladestellung als auch das Rückführen des Transportschiebers in Transportstellung erfordert Handhabungsgeschick und führt bei unsachgemässer Bedienung zu Verklemmungen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Eintreibgerät mit Magazinbehälter der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das sich durch störungsfreies, einfach handhabbares Arretieren des Transportschiebers in Ladestellung und ebenso einfaches Lösen des Transportschiebers nach dem Beschickungsvorgang auszeichnet.
- Erfindungsgemäss wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Transportschieber, bezogen auf eine quer zur Transportrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse, auf der dem Anschlag gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Angriffsteil für eine beweglich am Magazinbehälter angeordnete Betätigungsklinke aufweist.
- Zum Erzielen der Ladestellung des Transportschiebers muss dieser lediglich entgegen der Transportrichtung verschoben werden, worauf ein selbsttätiges Einrasten des dem Transportschieber zugeordneten Anschlags am Widerlager des Magazinbehälters erfolgt. Diese Verrastung kommt durch Schwenken des Anschlags um die zwischen diesem und dem Angriffsteil vorgesehene Schwenkachse zustande. Die Arretierposition wird zweckmässig durch Federkraft beibehalten.
- Anschliessend wird der Transportschieber aus der Ladestellung gelöst, indem eine am Magazinbehälter beweglich angeordnete Betätigungsklinke auf den Angriffsteil einwirkt. Dadurch wird der Anschlag am Transportschieber vorzugsweise entgegen einer Federkraft ausser-Eingriff mit dem Widerlager am Magazinbehälter gebracht. Der freigegebene Transportschieber verschiebt sich sohin durch Federkraft in Transportrichtung gegen die ma- gazinierten Nägel.
- Anstelle des Verschwenkens des gesamten Transportschiebers zu dessen Arretierung bzw Freigabe ist es durch entsprechende Anordnung und Ausbildung des Anschlags und des Angriffsteils auch möglich, nur einen Teil des Transportschiebers für den Arretiervorgang einzusetzen. Vorzugsweise sind hierzu der Anschlag und der Angriffsteil als freistehende Arme eines Wipphebels ausgebildet. Mit Vorteil ist der Wipphebel über ein die Schwenkachse bildendes Drehgelenk an einem Schieberkörper des Transportschiebers angelenkt. Der Schieberkörper kann so bei seitlichem Beschicken des Magazinbehälters stets im Führungskanal für die Nägel geführt bleiben. Damit ist jegliche Gefahr eines allfälligen Verklemmens des Transportschiebers durch Kippen desselben ausgeschlossen.
- Das Drehgelenk selbst ist beispielsweise durch einen den Schieberkörper durchsetzenden Bolzen gebildet, an dem der Wipphebel gelagert ist. Zweckmässig wird der Wipphebel mittels einer Drehfeder oder dgl. in Arrretierstellung geschwenkt. Bei Fertigung des Transportschiebers aus Kunststoff erweist es sich als besonders einfach, den Wipphebel über ein als Verbindungssteg ausgebildetes Drehgelenk stoffschlüssig mit dem Schieberkörper zu verbinden. Der Verbindungssteg bringt zugleich auch die den Anschlag in Arretierstellung schwenkende Federkraft in der Weise auf, als sich die einem Verbiegen des Verbindungssteges entgegenwirkende Kraft nutzen lässt.
- In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Widerlager am Magazinbehälter durch die Auslaufschulter einer Ausnehmung gebildet. In diese Ausnehmung fällt der dem Transportschieber zugeordnete Anschlag bei ausreichendem Verschieben des letzteren entgegen der Transportrichtung durch die Federkraft des Verbindungssteges zur Arretierung selbsttätig ein. Die in Transportrichtung wirkende Kraft der Feder hält sodann den Anschlag gegen das Widerlager.
- Eine entgegen der Transportrichtung versetzte zweite Auslaufschulter der Ausnehmung kann bei fingerförmiger Ausbildung des Anschlages durch Auflaufen desselben dem Begrenzen des Verschiebeweges des Transportschiebers entgegen der Transportrichtung dienen.
- In handhabungsmässiger Hinsicht hat es sich als besonders einfach erwiesen, die Betätigungsklinke an einem Deckel für den Magazinbehälter anzuordnen. Nach dem Beschicken des Magazinbehälters mit Nägeln wird der Deckel in Schliessstellung gebracht, wodurch die Betätigungsklinke am Angriffsteil aufläuft und der Eingriff des Anschlages aufgehoben wird. Der Transportschieber ist damit für den Transportvorgang freigegeben.
- Nach einem weiteren Vorschlag der Erfindung ist der Deckel schwenkbar am Magazinbehälter angeordnet. Einfachheitshalber ist die Betätigungsklinke als in Zuschwenkrichtung überstehender Finger gestaltet. Dieser drückt beim Zuschwenken des Deckels auf den Angriffsteil und bewirkt dadurch, wie voran-beschrieben die Freigabe des Transportschiebers.
- Eine besonders vorteilhafte Beschickung des Magazinbehälters mit Nägeln oder anderen Befestigungselementen wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Deckel um eine Achse parallel zur Transportrichtung schwenkbar gelagert ist. In aufgeschwenktem Zustand des Deckels liegt damit der Führungskanal des Magazinbehälters völlig offen und ist damit besonders gut zugänglich.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand einer Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Eintreibgerätes wiedergibt, näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 das Eintreibgerät in Ansicht, mit teilweise aufgebrochenem Deckel;
- Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch den Magazinbehälter, gemäss Schnittverlauf II-II der Fig. 1;
- Fig. 3a einen Schnitt durch den Magazinbehälter gemäss Schnittverlauf III-III der Fig. 1, mit zugeschwenktem Deckel;
- Fig. 3b einen Schnitt durch den Magazinbehälter gemäss Schnittverlauf III-III der Fig. 1, mit aufgeschwenktem Deckel.
- Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte, insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Eintreibgerät besteht im wesentlichen aus einem insgesamt mit 2 bezeichneten Schlaggerät, einem an dieses angeformten, insgesamt mit 3 bezeichneten Magazinbehälter zur Aufnahme von Nägeln 4, die über Kunststoffringe 5 zu einer Reihe zusammengefügt sind, und einem Deckel 6 für den Magazinbehälter 3.
- Das Schlaggerät 2 setzt sich aus einem Gehäuse 7 und einem in diesem vortreibbaren Döpper 8 zusammen.
- Der Deckel 6 ist über Lageraugen 9 am Magazinbehälter 3 beziehungsweise an einer Stützplatte 12 desselben um eine Achse 13 schwenkbar gelagert. Der Magazinbehälter 3 mündet-mit einer nicht näher dargestellten Abgabeöffnung in das Schlaggerät 2.
- Am Magazinbehälter 3 ist entlang von Rippen 14, 15 ein insgesamt mit 16 bezeichneter Transportschieber längsverschieblich gelagert. Eine Feder 17 zieht den Transportschieber 16 zum Transport der Nägel 4 zum Schlaggerät 2 hin.
- Wie die Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, setzt sich der Transportschieber 16 aus einem an den Nägeln 4 angreifenden Schieberkörper 18 und einem Wipphebel 19 zusammen, der über einen als Drehgelenk wirkenden Verbindungssteg 21 stoffschlüssig am Schieberkörper 18 angelenkt ist. Der Transportschieber 16 besteht insgesamt aus elastischem Kunststoff, so dass ein Verschwenken des Wipphebels 19 aus seiner Ruhelage bzw Arretierposition im Verbindungssteg 21 eine Rückstellkraft hervorruft.
- Für das Beschicken des Magazinbehälters 3 mit Nägeln 4 wird der Deckel 6, wie der Fig. 3b entnehmbar, aufgeschwenkt. Der Transportschieber 16 wird sodann unter Spannen der Feder 17 entgegen der Transportrichtung, das ist in den Figuren 1 und 2 nach rechts, in die Ladestellung verschoben. Dabei gleitet der Wipphebel 19 unter Drehspannung auf der Innenwandung des Magazinbehälters 3 aus der in Fig. 2 strichpunktiert angedeuteten linken Position in die strichpunktiert gezeichnete rechte Position. In der strichpunktierten rechten Position befindet sich der Wipphebel 19 in Ruhestellung und ist mit dem in Transportrichtung weisenden, als Anschlag 22 wirkenden Arm in eine Ausnehmung 23 im Magazinbehälter 3 eingefallen. Die in Transportrichtung weisende Auslaufschulter der Ausnehmung 23 dient dabei als Widerlager 24 für den Anschlag 22. Die Feder 17 hält den Anschlag 22 gegen das Widerlager 24.
- Nach dem Beschicken des Magazinbehälters 3 wird der Deckel 6 zugeschwenkt, wodurch gegen Ende der Schwenkbewegung eine als Finger ausgebildete Betätigungsklinke 25 des Deckels 6 auf den zweiten, als Angriffsteil 26 dienenden Arm des Wipphebels 19 einwirkt. Die Betätigungsklinke 25 durchgreift dabei im Bereich eines Ausbruches 27 (Fig. 1) den Schieberkörper 18. Wie die Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, wird der Wipphebel 19 durch Auflaufen der Betätigungsklinke 25 am Angriffsteil 26 um den Verbindungssteg 21 aus der strichpunktierten Ruhe- bzw Arretierstellung in die Freigabestellung ausgerückt. Der Transportschieber 16 ist nunmehr freigegeben und kann von der Feder 17 in Transportrichtung gegen die Nägel 4 geschoben werden.
- Die Fig. 3a zeigt den Magazinbehälter 3 mit zugeschwenktem Dekkel 6. Der Transportschieber 16 befindet sich in einer beliebigen Transportposition. Aus Gründen der Verdeutlichung sind in den Fig. 3a und 3b die Nägel 4 nicht gezeigt.
- Bei dem Schlaggerät 2 kann es sich grundsätzlich auch um einen durch Druckluft oder elektrisch betriebenen Nagler handeln.
