Claims (8)

1. Verfahren für die Fertigung von Brettern mit Nuten oder Formleisten, Formleisten für die Schreinerei oder das Baugewerbe, ausgehend von gehobeltem und abgelängtem Tannenholz durch Bearbeitung mit einer unteren und einer oberen Welle, die sich quer zu dieser auf einer horizontalen Fläche bewegten und geführten Holzleiste befinden, wobei die Wellen profilierte Schneidwerkzeuge tragen, deren Kanten zueinander ausgerichtet sind, damit das Holzstück profiliert und gleichzeitig in mehrere profilierte Leisten geteilt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeuge in abwechselnder Serie durch einzelne Fräsen mit profilierter Kante und einzelnen Kreissägeblättern gebildet werden.
2. Verfahren für die Fertigung von Brettern mit Nuten oder Formleisten gemäss Anspruch 1, ausgehend von abgelängten, gehobelten Holzbrettern, insbesondere für die Fertigung von Leisten vom dem Typ, bei dem die Verbindung mit Stiften erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es daraus besteht :
- das besagte Brett senkrecht zur Ober- und Unterseite an mehreren Punkten zu durchbohren, die in Zeilen und Spalten angeordnet sind,
- und/oder mindestens eine Einkorbung und/ oder mindestens eine Nut anzubringen,
- einen Sägeschnitt über die Hälfte der unteren Höhe des Brettes zwischen den Bohrlinien und/ oder zwischen einer Bohrlinie und einer Kante des Brettes vorzunehmen und gleichzeitig Formen an der unteren Kante des Brettes zwischen den Sägeebenen und/oder einer Sägeebene und einer Kante der besagten Fläche vorzunehmen,
- und einen Sägevorgang über die Hälfte der oberen Höhe des Brettes zwischen den Bohrlinien und/oder zwischen einer Bohrlinie und einer Kante des besagten Brettes vorzunehmen und gleichzeitig Formen an der Oberseite des Brettes zu bearbeiten, zwischen den Sägeebenen und/oder zwischen einer Sägeebene und einer Kante des besagten Brettes.
3. Vorrichtung für den Einsatz des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 1 und 2, enthaltend :
- einen Stand zum Abhobeln (1) der Bretter (3)
- einen Stand zum Ablängen (2) der besagten, vorher abgehobelten Bretter.
- Transfermittel (4) für die Förderung der Bretter zwischen dem Abhobelstand (1) und dem Ablangstand (2),
- eine Säge- und Formbearbeitungseinheit (5) mit einem Rahmen (19), einem fahrbaren Tisch (20) mit Walzen (21), die in Drehrichtung angetrieben werden, einer Serie oberer Walzen (22), die parallel zum beweglichen Tisch (20) ausgerichtet sind und von denen mindestens eine in Drehrichtung angetrieben wird und in der Höhe verstellbar ist, eine horizontale untere Welle (23) und eine horizontale obere Welle (24), die parallel und gegeneinander verschoben sind, und Zufuhrmittel (6) der Bretter zwischen dem Ablängstand (2) und der Säge- und Bearbeitungseinheit (5), Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der unteren Welle (23) Sägewerkzeuge (25) montiert sind, die an der Hälfte der unteren Höhe des Brettes (3) und der Formgebungswerkzeuge (26), die von den Sägewerkzeugen unabhängig sind, einen Sägevorgang ausführen, und Abstandsteile zwischen den besagten Sägewerkzeugen bilden und Formen an der Unterseite des besagten Brettes ausführen, dadurch dass an der oberen Welle (24) Sägewerkzeuge (25) montiert sind, die einen Sägevorgang über die Hälfte der oberen Höhe des Brettes (3) ausführen, und Formgebungswerkzeuge (26), die unabhängig von den Sägewerkzeugen Abstandsteile bilden und an der Oberseite des besagten Brettes Formen ausführen, und dadurch, dass die Sägewerkzeuge (25) und die Formgebungswerkzeuge (26) der unteren Welle (23) jeweils nach mehreren zueinander parallelen und zur besagten unteren Welle, zu den Sägewerkzeugen (25) und den Formgebungswerkzeugen (26) der oberen Welle (24) senkrechten Ebenen ausgerichtet sind.
4. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie unmittelbar nach der oberen Welle (24), mindestens ein Paar paralleler, unterer und oberer Formwalzenserien (32) enthält, die in Drehbewegung angetrieben werden, um die Holzleisten (L) zu fördern und in Höhenrichtung zu halten, damit sie sich nicht zueinander verschieben können.
5. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formwalzen (32) einer jeden Serie mit den Formgebungswerkzeugen (26) ausgerichtet sind und jeweils das gleiche Leistenprofil (L) aufweisen, das man mit dem Formgebungswerkzeug (26) erhält und auf das jede der besagten Walzen ausgerichtet ist.
6. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen dem Ablängstand (2) und der gleichzeitigen Säge- und Formgebungseinheit (5) einen Bohrstand (7) und/oder einen Einkerbungsstand und/oder einen Nutenschneidstand enthält.
7. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bohrstand (7) eine Mehrspindel-Bohrmaschine enthält, um gleichzeitig mehrere Bohrungen in einer vorgegebenen und verstellbaren Position vornehmen zu können.
8. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Säge-und Bearbeitungseinheit (5) mit einer Vorrichtung zum Positionieren des Brettes (3) versehen ist, bezogen auf die Werkzeuge (25) und (26), einstellbar nach der Position der Bohrlinien, damit eine Bohrlinie zwischen zwei Sägewerkzeugen (25) und/oder einem Sägewerkzeug und einem Rand des Brettes (3) durchführt.
