Claims (11)

1. Chaussure de sport, en particulier chaussure de ski, avec une claque (2) dotée d'une semelle (3), avec une partie arrière (5) de la tige, articulée sur la claque et dotée d'une possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe (10), transversal par rapport au sens longitudinal de la chaussure, et une partie de devant (4) de la tige, les parties arrière et de devant de la tige étant reliées l'une à l'autre de manière séparable par un mécanisme de fermeture (13), et avec un organe de retenue (14) disposé à l'intérieur de cette dernière, destiné à agir sur la face supérieure du pied, relié à un mécanisme de serrage (20) prévu sur le côté externe de la partie arrière (5), par l'intermédiaire d'un système de jonction présentant au moins un élément (15) longitudinal, et doté, par le mécanisme précité, d'une possibilité de déplacemment vers l'arrière, en direction de la zone du talon de la chaussure, le mécanisme de fermeture (13) et le mécanisme de serrage (20) étant indépendants l'un de l'autre, caractérisée en ce que l'axe longitudinal du moins de l'élément de jonction se situe au-dessus de l'axe de rotation (10) de la partie arrière (5) de la tige et est transversal à cet axe (10), de telle sorte que l'organe de retenue (14) peut se déplacer vers l'avant, dans la direction opposée (D) à celle de la zone du talon (9), avec un mouvement de rotation vers l'avant de la partie arrière (5), dans le sens (A), en direction de la pointe (26) de la chaussure pour créer de l'espace pour la zone moyenne du pied s'élevant pendant le mouvement en avant.
2. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le système de jonction présente deux élements (15) longitudinaux, prévus de part et d'autre de la chaussure (1), et dont l'axe longitudinal du moins se situe au-dessus de l'axe de rotation (10) de la partie arrière (5) de la tige.
3. Chaussure de sport suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (15) et/ou les éléments de jonction (15) est et/ou sont représenté(s) par un câble.
4. Chaussure de sport suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (15) et/ou les éléments de jonction (15) passe(nt) dans la zone du point de jonction (8), entre la claque (2) et la partie arrière (5) de la tige.
5. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de jonction (15) est guidé dans un organe d'articulation (11), reliant la claque (2) et la partie arrière (5) de la tige, au-dessus de l'axe de rotation (10) de cette dernière partie (5).
6. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de jonction (15) est guidé dans un trou (17), prévu dans l'organe d'articulation correspondant (11) et s'élargissant en forme d'entonnoir sur son extrémité arrière.
7. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque organe d'articulation présente un pivot (11) cylindrique, doté d'un trou (17) à une distance (a) de son axe longitudinal (10).
8. Chaussure de sport suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de serrage (20) présente un levier (23), doté d'un point d'ancrage (19) pour l'élément et/ou les éléments de jonction (15) et de préférence monté sur la partie arrière (5) de la tige, avec une possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe (24) transversal par rapport au sens longitudinal du ski.
9. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de serrage (20) présente un élément de fixation (19) pour l'élément et/ou les éléments de jonction (15), mobile dans le sens longitudinal du levier de serrage (23).
10. Chaussure de sport suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (19) peut être déplacé au moyen d'une tige filetée (21), prévue de préférence à l'intérieur du levier de serrage (23) et dotée d'une partie supérieure (25), disposée de préférence sur l'extrémité libre du levier (23) précité.
11. Chaussure de sport suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le système de jonction (15, 19) est doté d'éléments (36), soumis à une déformation élastique avec un mouvement vers l'avant de l'organe de retenue (14).
