Claims (6)

1. Davitvorrichtung für Schiffe, insbesondere für die Zuwasserlassung und die Handhabung von Gegenständen; etwa eines Rettungsbootes oder eines Zusatzbootes, enthaltend eine zum Tragen des besagten Gegenstandes auf deren oberen Oberfläche angepasste Plattform, die auf dem Schiff verschiebbar und gleichzeitig in einer, auf wenigstens einem Teile deren Gang, im wesentlichen waagrechten Stellung zwischen einer erhöhten, sich über dem Wasserpegel befindenden Lage und einer niedrigen, sich vorzugsweise unter dem Wasserpegel befindenden Lage, um das Schwimmen des besagten Gegenstandes zu ermöglichen, gehalten ist, wobei die Plattform von wenigstens einem schwenkbaren, über einem Ende an dem unteren Aussenteil des Schiffes angelenkten Arme gestütz ist, und wobei die Plattform vorzugsweise hydraulisch betätigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (3) in deren hohen Aufstellungslage aussenbords gehalten ist, dass der Davit eine Vorrichtung zur Sicherheitsbefestigung (21) aufweist, die es ermöglicht, dass die Plattform (3) mit.der Schiffsstruktur lösbar fest verbunden ist, wenn diese sich in der besagten Aufstellungslage befindet, wobei diese Befestigungesvorrichtung (21) und der schwenkbare Arm (24) ein, von den Betätigungsmitteln der Verschiebung von der Plattform völlig unabhängiges Tragsystem für die Plattform bilden, und dass die Betätigungsmittel einen Arbeitszylinder (5) zur Steuerung der Schwenkung des schwenkbaren Arms (4), der über dessen Enden am besagten Arm (4) und vorzugsweise an dem oberen Aussenteil des Schiffes (2) angelenkt ist, und einen Arbeitszylinder (6) zur Haltung der Plattform in der waagrechten Lage, der zwischen dem besagten Arm (4) und der Plattform montiert ist, aufweisen, wobei diese Arbeitszylinder zum Zusammenarbeiten angepasst sind, um die waagrechte Schwenkung der Plattform während dem ganzen Gang der Plattform zwischen deren niedrigen und erhöhten Lagen automatisch zu gewährleisten.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der einen schwenkbaren Arm bildenden Mittel (4) an der unteren Struktur der Plattform, vorzugsweise an dem mittleren Teil dieser Struktur, angelenkt ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Anlenken der schwenkbare Arme bildenden Mittel (4) an dem Schiff (2) über der Konstruktionswasserlinie angeordnet sind und dass die Arme bildenden Mittel gebogen sind, um das Senken der Plattform unter dem Wasserpegel zu ermöglichen.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (3) am hinteren Teil des Schiffes vorgesehen ist, wobei die schwenkbare Arme bildenden Mittel (4) vorzugsweise an dessem Spiegel (8) angelenkt sind.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbare Arme bildenden Mittel (4) aus zwei Armen bestehen.
6. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei schwenkbaren Arme (4) durch einen Steg (14) verbunden sind und dass ein einziger Arbeitszylinder (5) zur Schwenkung beider Arme (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei dieser Arbeitszylinder über dessen Enden an dem Schiff (2) bzw. an dem mittleren Teil des Steges (17) angelenkt ist.
