Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zum Füllen von Zigarettenpapierhülsen mit
- einer Grundplatte (1),
- zwei Seitenwänden (2, 3), die von der
Grundplatte (1) getragen werden, von denen die eine Seitenwand (2) mit einem nach außen vorstehenden, sich in die zu füllende Zigarettenpapierhülse (21) schmiegenden Rohrabschnitt (10) ausgebildet ist und von denen die andere Seitenwand (3) mit einer dem Rohrabschnitt (10) gegenüberliegenden Öffnung versehen ist,
- mindestens einer drehbar in den Seitenwänden (2 und 3) gelagerten Rolle (4),
- einem flexiblen Band (20), das zumindest teilweise diese Rolle (4, 5, 6 oder 7) umfaßt, und
- einem Stößel (12), der sich durch die Öffnung erstrecken kann und eine solche Länge aufweist, daß er eine Tabakrolle aus dem Rohrabschnitt (10) herausschieben kann,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie neben der genannten Rolle (4) drei weitere Rollen (5, 6 und 7) enthält, die drehbar in den Seitenwänden (2 und 3) gelagert sind, wobei zwei (6 und 7) der vier Rollen (4, 5, 6 und 7) über den beiden anderen (4 und 5) angeordnet sind, und eine (5) der oberen Rollen zwischen den Seitenwänden (2 und 3) beweglich zwischen einer an die andere obere Rolle (4) angenäherten Position und einer von dieser Rolle (4) abgerückten Position gehalten ist, und daß das flexible Band ein Schlauch (20) ist, der die vier Rollen (4, 5, 6 und 7) in ihrer Gesamtheit umfaßt und mit dessen Hilfe diese Rollen (4, 5, 6 und 7) in Drehung versetzt werden können, wobei der Umfang des Schlauches (20) so gewählt ist, daß er, wenn sich die obere, bewegliche Rolle (5) in der abgerückten Position befindet, einen Trog zwischen den oberen Rollen bildet, der die Aufnahme der Tabakmenge gestattet, mit der die Zigarettenpapierhülse (21) gefüllt werden soll, und außerdem eine viel kleinere Höhlung zwischen den vier Rollen (4, 5, 6 und 7) bildet, wenn die obere bewegliche Rolle (5) sich in der angenäherten Position befindet, wobei sich die viel kleinere Höhlung in Verlängerung des Rohrabschnittes (10) erstreckt; die Vorrichtung enthält außerdem einen Deckel (15), der drehbar um eine Drehachse in Längsrichtung zwischen den Seitenwänden (2 und 3) angebracht ist und eine Längswand (16) enthält, die nach unten weist und in der geschlossenen Lage des Deckels zwischen den oberen Rollen (4 und 5) liegt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (15) mindestens eine Seitenwand (17 und 18) umfaßt, die in der geschlossenen Lage des Deckels auf der Außenseite neben der von der Grundplatte (1) getragenen und mit dem Rohrabschnitt (10) versehenen Seitenwand (2) angeordnet ist und mit einem festen Kontakt auf diesem Rohrabschnitt (10) oder auf der Zigarettenpapierhülse (21) ruht, die auf diesen Rohrabschnitt (10) aufgeschoben ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang des flexiblen Schlauches (20) so gewählt ist, daß er, wenn sich die obere bewegliche Rolle (5) in der angenäherten Position befindet, zusammen mit der durch die Längswand (16) des Deckels (15) in der geschlossenen Lage gebildeten Begrenzung eine Röhre bildet, deren Durchmesser um mindestens 30 % kleiner ist als der innere Durchmesser der zu füllenden Zigarettenpapierhülse (21).
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Rollen (4, 5, 6 und 7) und des flexiblen Schlauches um mindestens 20 % länger ist als die Länge einer fertigen Zigarette.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Wand des Rohrabschnittes (10) konisch ist, wobei der größere Durchmesser in etwa dem inneren Durchmesser einer zu füllenden Zigarettenpapierhülse (21) entspricht.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung in der Seitenwand (3) gegenüber dem Rohrabschnitt (10) ebenfalls durch einen Rohrabschnitt (11) gebildet ist, mit dem die Seitenwand (3) besetzt ist und der frei nach außen hin absteht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (12) an seinem einen Ende mit einem Anschlag (13) versehen ist, wobei die Länge des Stößels (12) so gewählt ist, daß die beiden Enden jeweils in einem Rohrabschnitt (10 und 11) gestützt sind, und zwar so, daß der Anschlag (13) an dem einen Ende an einem Rohrabschnitt (11) anliegt, während das gegenüberliegende Ende (14) mit dem freien Ende des anderen Rohrabschnittes (10) auf gleicher Höhe liegt.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Umfang des Rohrabschnittes (10) in etwa tangential zum äußeren Umfang der unteren Rollen (6 und 7) verläuft.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden unteren Rollen (6 und 7) einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der deutlich kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der beiden oberen Rollen (4 und 5).
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der kleinen Rollen (6 und 7) um mindestens 250 % kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der großen Rollen (4 und 5).
