Claims (14)

1. Conteneur destiné à être empilé en forme de parallélépipède qui au-dessous des zones de coin de sa plaque de fond (2) est pourvu de pieds (7) et au-dessus de son couvercle (30) est pourvu de pièces de réception (14) alignées sur les pieds, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fond (2) est pourvue d'extensions à côté des coins de côtés réciproquement opposés, qui constituent les pieds et sont intégralement repliées vers l'intérieur d'environ 90° le long de trois lignes de courbure (4', 5', 6') disposées de manière espacée et parallèle au bord latéral recourbé, que des profilés en forme de U ou de caisson (10) sont soudés aux branches (9) orientées vers la plaque de fond (2) parallèlement aux branches, profilés qui sont plus bas que les branches et sont en plus soudés à la plaque de fond (2), qu'un profité de bord (12) à section en forme de U placé surtout le pourtour et renforçant la structure est soudé dans les zones supérieures des parois latérales et que sur les zones de coin de ce profilé de bord des équerres (14) formant les pièces de réception et dépassant le profilé sont soudées.
2. Conteneur destiné à être empilé en forme de parallélépipède qui au-dessous des zones de coin de sa plaque de fond (41) est pourvu de pieds et au-dessus de son couvercle est pourvu de pièces de réception (14) alignées sur les pieds, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fond (41) est pourvue d'extensions (42,43,44,45) à la manière d'oreilles pour former un profilé de fond en forme de U et dépassant les arêtes de la plaque, extensions qui sont séparées par des découpes à angle droit de sorte que leur longueur corresponde à la longueur des arêtes correspondantes de la plaque de fond et sont recourbés vers le bas et vers l'intérieur à angle droit autour de lignes parallèles (47, 48) par rapport aux arêtes, que les arêtes des extrémités des extensions découpées ,en correspondance sont soudées entre elles dans les zones de coin, qu'avec les zones de bord supérieur des parois latérales un profilé de bord (12) est soudé sur tout le pourtour renforçant la structure et ayant une section en forme de U et que sur les zones de coin de ce profilé de bord des équerres (14) formant les pièces de réception et étant en saillie par rapport au profilé sont soudées.
3. Conteneur selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de bord en forme de U (12) renforçant les zones de bord supérieur des parois latérales (3, 4, 5, 6) formé par des extensions (31, 32, 33, 34) à la manière d'oreilles prolongées au-delà des bords du couvercle (30) et séparées par des découpes à angle droit l'une de l'autre de sorte que leur longueur corresponde aux longueurs associées des bords du couvercle (30) et qui sont recourbées à angle droit vers le haut et vers le bas autour de lignes parallèles (38, 39) par rapport aux arêtes et que dans les zones de coin les arêtes d'extrémité des extensions découpées en correspondance (31, 32, 33, 34) sont soudées entre elles.

5. Conteneur selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de tôle formant le profilé de bord (12) sont courbées d'une seule pièce.
6. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la branche inférieure du profilé de bord (12) est orientée vers l'intérieur et s'appuie sur les bords supérieurs des parois latérales, auxquels elle est soudée.
7. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches du profilé de bord (12) en forme de U s'étendant sur tout le pourtour sont soudées avec la zone du bord des parois latérales et que la branche supérieure du profilé de bord (12) forme l'appui pour le couvercle du conteneur.
8. Conteneur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les équerres (14) au-dessus du couvercle sont soudées à des plaques d'appui pour les pieds.
9. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales sont bombées vers l'extérieur à la manière de coques de cylindre.
10. Conteneur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les premiers angles extérieurs des extensions à la manière d'oreilles sont pourvus de découpes rectangulaires (49) pour insérer les fourches de chariots élévateurs.
11. Conteneur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le fond du conteneur est pourvu de tôles de renforcement (50) entre des découpes (49) se faisant face et disposées par paires.
12. Conteneur selon les revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le fond du conteneur (41) est pourvu de tôles de guidage (52) profilées en forme de U disposées en juxtaposition aux autres découpes (49) se faisant face par paires, tôles de guidage dont les branches orientées vers le fond du conteneur (41) sont soudées à celui-ci.
13. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que dans les zones de coin sous le profilé de fond (46) des pièces de profilé rectangulaires (53) plates formant les pieds sont soudées.
