Claims (5)

1. Presse à estamper les pièces de monnaie, comportant un entrainement d'estampage pour le coulisseau (12) et pour le poinçon d'estampage (16), un poinçon d'éjection (17), contre lequel le poinçon d'estampage (16) peut venir se presser, avec interposition du flan de la pièce à estamper (13), puis peut partiellement revenir en arrière, comportant aussi un entrainement pour le mouvement d'éjection du poinçon d'éjection (17) et, respectivement, un dispositif (18) pour amener le flan de la pièce à estamper (13) et pour évacuer la pièce estampée finie, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme d'estampage présente un levier triangulaire (5) qui est entrainé par un vilebrequin (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier médian (4), qui est articulé, par son palier oscillant arrière (7), à une biellette (8) et, par l'intermédiaire de cette biellette, est articulé, côté bâti, dans un palie, d'articulation (9) et qui est articulé, par son palier oscillant avant (6) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de compression (11), au coulisseau (12); en ce que le palier de biellette côté bâti (9) est disposé du côté de l'axe (15) du poinçon d'estampage (16) opposé au côté vilebrequin (3); en ce que la distance entre le centre du palier oscillant arrière (7) et le centre du palier médian (4) est supérieure à la distance maximale entre le centre du palier médian (4) et l'axe du poinçon (15), distance mesurée sur la longueur reliant le centre du palier médian (4) au centre du palier oscillant arrière (7); en ce que les distances entre le centre du palier oscillant avant (6) et le centre du palier oscillant arrière (7) et entre le centre du palier oscillant avant (6) et le centre du palier médian (4) sont dimensionnées de façon telle que, pour une position du palier médian (4) qui correspond au point mort avant (Tv) du coulisseau (12), le centre du palier oscillant avant se trouve du côté correspondant au palier, lié au bâti, de la biellette (9) par rapport à l'axe du poinçon (15); et de façon telle que, pour une position du palier médian (4) qui correspoond au point mort arrière (Th) du coulisseau (12), ce centre du palier oscillant avant se trouve du côté correspondant au vilebrequin (3) par rapport à l'axe du poinçon (15); et en ce que l'entrainement du poinçon d'éjection (17) dérive de l'entrainement du coulisseau par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de renvoi qui est essentiellement constitué d'un premier levier de renvoi à double bras (20) et d'un second levier de renvoi à double bras (21), étant précisé que chaque levier de renvoi (20, 21) présente un point de rotation (22, 23) lié au bâti ainsi qu'un point d'articulation (24, 25) pour la prise de force sur le coulisseau et pour une tige de compression (26) et étant précisé que le premier levier de renvoi (20) est articulé au coulisseau (12) et que le second levier de renvoi (21) est articulé à l'exrtrémité (28) du poinçon d'éjection (17) opposée au côté estampage (27), ces deux points d'articulation se trouvant aux extrémités éloignées du point d'articulation (25) pour la tige de compression (26).
2. Presse à estamper les pièces de monnaie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de renvoi est un mécanisme de changement d'échelle, le point de rotation lié au bâti (22, 23) d'au moins un levier de renvoi (20, 21) étant à une distance inégale par rapport à son point d'articulation (24, 25).
3. Presse à estamper les pièces de monnaie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de renvoi présente un levier de renvoi (21) comportant un point de rotation côté bâti (23), un point d'articulation (25) pour une tige de compression (45) et un point d'action (35) pour venir en butée contre l'extrémité (28) du poinçon d'éjection (17) opposée au côté estampage (27) et présente également un levier de commande (50) qui peut pivoter autour d'un point de rotation (51), sur lequel porte, avec possibilité de rotation, la tige de compression (45) par son extrémité opposée au point d'articulation (25) situé sur le levier de renvoi (21) et qui porte un galet de commande (47) pour venir en butée contre une came (52) entrainée par l'entrainement du coulisseau.
4. Presse à estamper les pièces de monnaie selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation de rotation (25) pour la tige de compression (26) sur le second levier de renvoi (21) peut se régler en distance par rapport au point de rotation lié au bâti (23) et peut se bloquer en position de réglage grâce à un moyen de réglage et de blocage (34, 37).
5. Presse à estamper les pièces de monnaie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les points de rotation (22, 23) les points d'articulation (24, 25) et les points d'action (32, 33) de chaque levier de renvoi (20, 21) se situent respectivement sur un axe commun (29, 30) et en ce que les axes communs (29, 30) des leviers de renvoi (20, 21) courent essentiellement parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
