Claims (9)

1. Emballage parallèlépipédique pourvu de moyens d'ouverture, pour produits de remplissage fluides, à quatre parois latérales, un fond et une paroi d'extrémité supérieure (6, 6') en matériau de support (22), tel que du carton par exemple, pelliculé de matière plastique sur les deux faces (23, 24), comportant au minimum un joint d'étanchéité longitudinal (4, 5) dispose dans un bec verseur (3), au minimum une paroi latérale (2, 2') et, au minimum, un joint d'étanchéité transversal (7) dans le fond ou la paroi d'extrémité supérieure (6, 6'), comportant sur deux côtés, dans chaque cas, un volet triangulaire doublé, comportant deux lignes de pliage obliques (12), dont la base est formee par une ligne de pliage d'extrémité (11) et dont l'intérieur, le long de la base, pour la formation du bec verseur (3), est en communication avec un espace intérieur de l'emballage, de telle sorte que le bec verseur (3) peut être forme par déchirement le long d'une ligne de perforations (8, 8a, 8b) traversant les deux couches du volet triangulaire qui commence sous la pointe avant (17) du bec verseur (3) à partir d'un point de départ (14) comportant une ligne de découpe continue (21) et prend fin après le croisement de la ligne de pliage finale (11), à peu près au milieu de la paroi d'extrémité supérieure (6, 6'), caractérisé en ce que les lignes de perforations (8, 8a, 8b) de la couche triangulaire inférieure (13, 13') du volet triangulaire, comporte un point d'inflexion (10) à partir duquel son orientation vers le point de départ inférieur extérieur (14) est dirigée de façon sensiblement plus en oblique vers le fond.
2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le point d'inflexion (10) est situé sur une ligne allant de la ligne de pliage en oblique (12) jusqu'à la ligne de pliage limite (15) entre les parois latérales avant (2, 2') et le joint d'étanchéité longitudinal (4).
3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour former la ligne de découpe (21), au point de départ (14), la ligne de découpe (21) est prévue en continu pour la coupe de séparation ultérieure (20) entre deux flans d'emballage successifs (Figure 5).
4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur de coupe de l'ensemble de la ligne de perforations (8), y compris de la ligne de coupe (21), se prolonge à l'extérieur, au travers de la couche plastique pelliculée (23) et au travers du support (22), jusqu'à son interface avec la couche pelliculée de plastique intérieure (24) (Figure 2).
5. Appareil de fabrication d'emballages parallè- lépipédiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté un couteau (25) fixe, comportant (25) deux parties planes avoisinàntes (27, 28) disposées à un certain angle l'une de l'autre au-dessus du rouleau mobile (31), à une distance déterminée au-dessous du bord de coupe (32) et qu'il est prévu un espace pour que le matériau de support pelliculé (18) puisse faire saillie à l'intérieur (Figure 1).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérise en ce que le couteau (25) est pourvu d'un racleur (39) mobile, précontraint par un ressort (41) en direction du rouleau (31) faisant saillie au travers d'un évidement (46).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (31) est guidé de façon mobile dans l'évidement (35) d'un guidage de rouleau fixe (34) et que le guidage de rouleau (34), dans la zone du couteau (25), comprend une section horizontale (35a) et aux deux extrémités de celle-ci, à chaque fois, une section d'extraction (35b) dirigée en oblique vers le bas à partir du couteau (25) (Figure 1).
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (31) est monté, par l'intermédiaire de roulements à billes (52), sur un arbre (37) qui, de son côté, est monte par des roulements à billes indépendants (53) dans le guidage de rouleau (34) et que le diamètre du rouleau (31) est supérieur au diamètre du roulement à billes (53) de l'arbre (37) dans le guidage de rouleau (34) (Figure 3).
9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que deux dispositifs de coupe reliés mutuellement à distance par l'intermédiaire d'une éclipse de raccordement (54) sont entraînés de façon intermittente avec le couteau (25) et le rouleau (31) (Figure 4).
