Abstract

"EMBALAGEM E PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAR UMA EMBALAGEM POSSUINDO UMA ABERTURA POR RASGAMENTO E PARA ABRIR UMA EMBALAGEM". A presente invenção é direcionada a uma embalagem possuindo um abertura por rasgamento. A embalagem compreende um camada de substrato externo, uma camada interna asséptica fixada à camada de substrato externo, e um corte na camada de substrato externo. No sentido de preservar o produto na embalagem, o corte é de uma profundidade predeterminada de tal modo que o corte não perfura a camada interna asséptica. O corte, entretanto, é suficientemente profundo de tal modo que um porção predeterminada da embalagem pode ser rasgada no corte. A presente invenção inclui também processos para fabricar e abrir uma embalagem possuindo abertura por rasgamento. O processo para fabricar uma embalagem possuindo abertura por rasgamento geralmente inclui as etapas de prover uma camada de substrato externo, fixar uma camada interna asséptica à camada de substrato externo, efetuar um corte de profundidade predeterminada na camada de substrato externo de tal modo que o corte não perfura a camada interna asséptica, e formando então uma embalagem. Após a embalagem ter sido formada, uma porção predeterminada da embalagem pode ser rasgada no corte. O processo para abrir uma embalagem possuindo abertura por rasgamento é iniciado estendendo uma aba a partir de uma lateral da embalagem. Após a aba ser estendida, pelo menos uma porção de uma junção é estendida a partir da tampa e da aba. Pelo menos uma porção da tampa é então movida em uma direção afastada do fundo da embalagem. Após a tampa ser movida, um porção predeterminada da embalagem pode ser rasgada no corte.
