Claims (2)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'une boîte pliante comportant une découpe (10) présentant une zone d'ouverture de soutirage ouvrable par déchirement prédécoupée (100), une doublure (9) présentant une zone d'ouverture formant fenêtre tracée de manière correspondante (106), et des joints collés entre la découpe (10) et la doublure (9), dans lequel les découpes (10) à zone prédécoupée sont amenées l'une après l'autre, pourvues de colle et ensuite réunies et collées à des morceaux de feuille de doublage qui sont amenés en même temps sous forme de gaine et sont pourvus d'entailles délimitant les zones d'ouverture formant fenêtre (106), caractérisé en ce que la feuille de doublage (9) est amenée sous forme de gaine à plat (1) et un côté de la gaine est entaillé pour la formation de la zone d'ouverture formant fenêtre (106).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un cylindre traceur (16) qui est pourvu d'un profil coupant de traçage (20) saillant de sa surface et correspondant à la zone d'ouverture formant fenêtre (106) et, à ses extrémités, d'anneaux d'écartement (17, couronnes), et coopère avec un contrecylindre (19) avec lequel les anneaux d'écartement (17) sont en contact, la hauteur (h) du profil coupant de traçage (20) saillant de la surface du cylindre étant approximativement égale à l'épaisseur de la paroi monocou- che de la gaine à plat (1) à faire passer par l'interstice (111), et la hauteur (A) des anneaux d'écartement (17) au-dessus de là surface du cylindre étant approximativement égale à l'épaisseur de la gaine à plat à deux couches (1).
