  • the invention relates to a folding box with an inner lining, the box blank having a pre-punched tear-open removal opening area and the inner lining having a corresponding punched-out window opening area, and at least the removal opening area of the box blank and the window opening area of the inner lining being connected to one another by gluing, welding, heat sealing or the like.
  • Folding boxes of the type described above are subject to two demands acting in opposite directions. On the one hand, they should be as tight as possible (whereby a distinction is made between different degrees of density, such as free-flowing, dust-tight, grease-proof, water-vapor-tight, aroma-tight, liquid-tight and vacuum-tight), on the other hand they should ensure easy opening, targeted pouring out of the goods contained therein and, if possible, reclosure. To meet the latter requirement - they are provided with a pre-punched tear-open opening area in the box blank and a corresponding punched-out window opening area in the inner lining. Punching the inner lining can, however, in turn lead to leaks. Cardboard is usually used to cut the box. This is crucial for the tightness Lining material.
