Definitions

  • the invention relates to a can with a one-piece, by means of a longitudinal seam closed jacket and one each with it connected bottom part and cover part, and a arranged in the jacket in Tear strip running circumferentially for separating the cover part and a collar part arranged on the jacket and having a diameter has that is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the jacket.
  • the collar part known from the above two publications is fixed connected to the jacket and is not an independent, inserted part.
  • EP-A-0 122 766 discloses a one-piece can made by a tear-off strip that can be removed from the lower part of the can.
  • This box cannot be closed again after opening for the first time.
  • DE-A-1 808 743 shows and describes a container with one in the jacket in Circumferential direction formed bead. In addition, there is an outside of the Sheath arranged ring provided.
  • This configuration is relatively complex and difficult to manufacture.
  • the object of the invention based on designing a can of the type mentioned so that it is simple Kind of resealable.
  • This object is achieved in that on the inside of the Mantle is arranged from this separate collar part, which extends from above to at least below the upper limit of the Tear strip, and which above the upper boundary of the Tear strip is attached to the cover part.
  • the collar part protrudes below the remaining coat of the upper can section and can to Reseal the can in the jacket of the lower portion of the can be plugged in.
  • the Collar part is recessed in the area of the longitudinal jacket seam.
  • Cover part is cup-shaped, and that the jacket around the upstanding Collar of the cup-shaped cover part is flanged inwards.
  • a can with a one-piece jacket, closed by means of a longitudinal seam and each with an associated bottom part and cover part, and one in Sheath arranged, circumferential tear strips for Detach the cover part and with a collar part, which has a diameter which is less than or equal to the inside diameter of the jacket, that the cover part is cap-shaped and with its free edge up protrudes below the upper limit of the tear strip, while the upper Edge of the lid part is arranged above the upper boundary line, and that the cover part forms the collar part with its peripheral edge.
  • the task is performed on a can with a one-piece, by means of a longitudinal seam closed jacket and one each with it connected bottom part and cover part, and one arranged in the jacket, in Tear strip running circumferentially for separating the cover part also solved in that the tear strip in the lowest section of a Can jacket embossed inwards, running in the circumferential direction, circumferentially formed bead is arranged, the cover part above the Beading lies.
  • a winding mandrel or the like provided to form the collar part wound while in a other work station the blank forming the can jacket in its the Portion forming the tear strip is laminated with a tear tape, whereupon the jacket blank also wound onto the winding mandrel and is then sealed along the longitudinal seam by sealing, whereupon the Cover part inserted into the jacket and connected to it.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention lies in that before inserting the bottom part in the can jacket this on the lower end is expanded so far that the inner diameter of the then used bottom part is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the finished the top of the jacket.
  • FIG. 1 A flat cardboard blank is shown, which is used to form the Jacket 1 of a can is provided.
  • arrow 2 marked circumferential direction of the jacket run two only up to about half material thickness penetrating scoring lines 3,4, between which there is Tear strip 5 extends, which widens and slightly at one end is led out of the surface of the jacket 1.
  • Tear strip 5 is by a laminated tear tape 7 reinforced by 90 ° compared to that by a Arrow 8 displayed fiber course of the cardboard blank 1 is rotated.
  • the jacket 1 is wound into a cylindrical shape and along one Longitudinal seam 9 closed. At its lower end, the jacket 1 is on the outside widened; in this widened end is a cap-shaped base part 10 inserted and sealed to the inside of the jacket 1. The inside diameter the cap-shaped bottom part 10 is slightly larger than that Outer diameter of the upper end of the can.
  • a cup-shaped cover part 11 used to the upstanding Collar 12 the coat is crimped inwards. Between the collar 12 and the jacket 1 is inserted a collar part 13 and with at its upper end both crimped. At the same time, sealing can also be carried out here be, which creates a very tight packaging.
  • the collar part 13 extends with its lower end to below the lower boundary line (Score line 3) of the tear strip 5, but it would also be sufficient that Collar part 13 ends just below the upper boundary line (scoring line 4) to let. In the solution shown, however, a better hold is guaranteed.
  • the bottom part 10 and the lid part 11 formed can 14 the tear strip 5 is detected at its neck 6 and out separated the jacket, the tear tape 7 tearing the Tear strip 5 prevented.
  • the lid exposed in this way can then simply be replaced be subtracted from the top.
  • the lid 14 is used to reclose the can slipped onto the lower part, the protruding lower end of the collar part 13 engages in the lower part and fixes the cover there, as shown in FIG. 3 is shown.
  • the collar part 13 is designed that there is no overlap, which results in the production of the longitudinal seam simple sealing tool is sufficient and in addition the collar very easily in the lower part of the can is insertable.
  • FIG. 4 In the embodiment of Figure 4 is a cap-shaped cover part 41 in the Sheath 1 used and points at the top of its circumferential, downward directed edge 42 a connection point indicated by an arrow 43 with the coat 1 on. Between this junction 43 and the lower one End of the edge 42 is in the jacket 1 of the tear strip 5 with its two Scoring lines 3 and 4 arranged. After removing the tear strip 5 can also removed the top of the can 44 and part of the contents can be removed from the can. Then you can put the top back on Put on the lower part of the can, with the freely protruding edge of the cap-shaped Cover part as a collar part in the then free upper jacket end of the lower part intervenes.
  • FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a can 54, in which The difference, for example, according to FIG. 4, is only the upper edge of the casing 1 is flanged inwards until it abuts the cover part 41.
  • FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a can 64, in which the Sheath 1 has a circumferential bead 65, at the lower end of which Tear strip 5 is arranged.
  • This beading section is effective Reinstall the separated lid section on the lower part behind the Coat 1 of the lower part and fixes the cover section there.
