Claims (7)

1. Boîte constituée par un corps (17) doté d'un revêtement intérieur (18) et d'au moins une ouverture fermée au moyen d'une membrane (14) ayant un col relevé (21 ) liée de manière étanche au revêtement intérieur (18) par une couche (24) d'agent de scellement ou d'adhésif, le bord supérieur (19) du col (21) se terminant à distance du bord d'extrémité (16) du corps (17) et une pièce de recouvrement (3) en forme d'anneau circulaire succédant à ce bord supérieur (19), à distance (a) de celui-ci, en laissant subsister sur le revêtement intérieur (18) une band annulaire intacte et non re- couverte (22), cette pièce de recouvrement étant rabattue par-dessus le bord d'extrémité (16) du corps (17), caractérisée par le fait que le bord supérieur (19) du col (21 ) et le bord inférieur intérieur (23) de la pièce de recouvrement (3) sont coupés sur 70% à 99% de leur pourtour et sont rompus sur 30% à 1 % de leur pourtour.
2. Procédé de fabrication d'une boîte selon revendication 1, en utilisant une membrane dont la partie de paroi cylindrique présente une ligne de rupture périphérique, caractérisé par le fait que l'on maintient le rebord (3) de la membrane (14) sur le bord d'extrémité (16) de la paroi (17) de la boîte pendant que l'on enfonce, par exemple à l'aide d'un poinçon, le fond (1) de la membrane (14) dans la boîte (17), cela d'une course (a) telle que les points d'affaiblissement (4) pour rupture soient juste rompus.
3. Membrane faite d'une feuille, de préférence épaisse d'environ 40 à 60 microns, pour fermer des récipients du genre boîte ayant diverses sections, constituée par un fond auquel se raccorde une paroi latérale (2) destinée au contact avec la paroi intérieure (18) de la boîte, et par un rebord (3) dépassant radialement de celle-ci, caractérisée par une alternance d'incisions (5) aménagées le long d'une ligne périphérique dans la paroi (2) d'épaisseur sensiblement uniforme et de parties pleines (4), chaque partie pleine (4) présentant une largeur de 3 à 50%, de préférence 10 à 15%, de la longueur d'une incision (5).
4. Membrane selon revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les parties pleines (4) sont pré- déformées selon un profil en coude et/ou affaiblies en épaisseur, au moins sur une partie de leur largeur.
5. Procédé de fabrication d'une membrane à partir d'une feuille, de préférence épaisse d'environ 40 à 60 microns, pour fermer des récipients du type boîte ayant diverses sections, en opérant à l'aide d'un poinçon d'emboutissage et d'une matrice, la feuille étant, lors de la fermeture de l'outil, d'abord conformée en un fond (1), une paroi (2) et un rebord (3), caractérisé par le fait qu'au cours de la phase finale du mouvement de fermeture, des fentes longitudinales (5) sont découpées dans la paroi (2), le long d'une ligne périphérique, par des arêtes de cisaillement (8 et 11) intégrées dans l'outil d'emboutissage et dans la matrice et se re- couvrantau maximum de 0,2 mm, de préférence au maximum de 0,1 mm, l'épaisseur de la paroi (2) restant sensiblement inchangée.
6. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon d'emboutissage (6) et la matrice (10) présentent chacun une arête de cisaillement périphérique (8,11), au moins l'une d'entre elles étant interrompue par des évidements (9) en plusieurs endroits, de préférence également répartis.
7. Dispositif selon revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'en leur endroit le plus profond, les évidements (9) correspondent à l'épaisseur de la membrane (14).
