Claims (6)

1.- Procédé pour la fabrication de parties de moules moulées à vert de grand format pour la coulée en motte, où du sable est introduit dans un moule et est serré par pression par l'intermédiaire d'une feuille, caractérisé par le fait que, lors d'une première étape de remplissage (I), le sable (5) de moulage à vert est, appliqué en une couche, de tous côtés, sur un modèle (1), dans un châssis de moulage (4) qui délimite la surface du sable sur la plaque- modèle (2) et par l'intermédiaire d'une roue centrifugeuse (7) qui, afin d'épargner l'équipement de modèle, tourne à une vitesse de rotation réduite, est recouvert et serré au moyen d'une feuille élastique, et en ce qu'ensuite, lors d'une seconde étape de remplissage (II), on introduit le tamponnage (6) et on effectue le serrage final du moule.
2.- Procédé selon la revendication 1 pour le serrage du sable lors de l'étape de remplissage I, caractérisé par le fait qu'une tête de serrage (11), sur la face inférieure de laquelle est maintenue par du vide (8) une feuille élastique (10), est mise en place sur le dessus du châssis de moulage après étaiement de l'équipement de modèle avec le support de plaque (3), et est bloquée au moyen d'un vérin hydraulique (13), que de l'air comprimé est ensuite, par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'alimentation (9), insufflé sur la feuille élastique (10), laquelle est alors pressée sur la surface du sable, que, dans un pulsateur (12), la pression est alternativement supprimée et reconstituée par l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'orifice de sortie d'air à l'aide d'un piston oscillant, et que les coups de souffle qui sont imprimés par cette alternance à la feuille (10), et transmis à la couche de sable (5), produisent un serrage uniforme de tous côtés du sable de moulage à vert.
3.- Procédé selon la revendication 1 pour le serrage du sable lors de l'étape de remplissage 11, caractérisé par le fait que, comme tamponnage (6), on applique par l'intermédiaire d'une tête centrifugeuse (7) fonctionnant à plein régime du sable exempt de charbon pulvérise, que le moule rempli jusqu'au-dessus du bord du châssis est ensuite, alors qu'il est dirigé vers un poste de serrage, arasé pour présenter une hauteur uniforme, et qu'il subit le serrage final par la tête de serrage (11), à l'aide du vérin hydraulique (13).
4.- Procédé selon la revendication 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis de moulage de dessus (4) est muni de rebords (15) qui sont maintenus par des goujons coulissants (16) et qui empêchent la chute de la balle de sable.
5.- Procédé selon la revendication 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ensemble de poids de charge (20) est posé sans être fixé dans un bâti extérieur (19) et assure une charge uniforme sur la balle moulée, et qu'un bâti d'étanchéité (21) est suspendu élastiquement sous le bâti (19) et assure l'étanchéité du joint de séparation entre la balle de dessus et la balle de dessous.
