Claims (4)

1 - Dispositif de rectification pour le dressage du disque de frein (6) dans la condition installée d'un frein à disque de véhicule automobile dont le cylindre de commande est fixé sur un support (5), ce dispositif comportant un élément d'appui (19) susceptible d'être fixé à la place du cylindre de commande sur le support (5) de celui-ci et comportant deux éléments de guidage (17), qui guident, à l'aide d'une vis d'ajustage (20) une meule (16) réglable, ledit dispositif comportant, en outre, un cadre de montage (21, 27), un moyen d'entraînement (roue de frottement 4) susceptible d'être appliqués contre le disque de frein (6) ou son moyeu en vue de son entraînement, ainsi qu'une unité d'entraînement (23) comprenant un moteur d'entraînement (22) et deux arbres de sortie (9, 15), le premier arbre de sortie (15) étant accouplé à la meule (16), cependant que le deuxième arbre de sortie (9) en amont duquel est disposé un engrenage démultiplicateur (10, 11) est accouplé au moyen d'entraînement (roue de frottement 4), caractérisé en ce que le cadre de montage (21, 27) est guidé de manière mobile, par la vis d'ajustage (20), le long des deux éléments de guidage (17), cependant que l'unité d'entraînement (23) est fixé sur le cadre de montage (21, 23) et que son premier arbre de sortie (15) porte la meule (16), tandis que l'engrenage démultiplicateur de ladite unité est constitué par un engrenage à vis sans fin (10, 11), et en ce que ledit moyen d'entraînement est constitué par une roue de frottement (4) montée sur l'élément d'appui (19) et accouplée au deuxième arbre de sortie (9) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de transmission à courroie trapézoïdale (8, 1, 7).
2.- Dispositif de rectification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (23) est fixée sur le cadre de montage (21) de manière à pouvoir être ajustée en fonction de différentes épaisseurs et de différents diamètres du disque de frein (6).
3.- Dispositif de rectification selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (23), ainsi que la poulie d'entraînement de sortie (8) disposée sur le deuxième arbre de sortie (9) peuvent être montées sur le côté opposé du cadre de montage (21), et en ce qu'une seconde poulie d'entraînement à courroie (2) pour la roue de frottement (4) est disposée sur le côté opposé à la première poulie d'entraînement (7) précitée et est susceptible d'être accouplée à l'aide de la courroie trapézoïdale (1) à la poulie d'entraînement à courroie de sortie (8) de l'unité d'entraînement (23) lorsque celle-ci est montée sur ledit côté opposé.
4.- Dispositif de rectification selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel une seconde meule est disposée sur le côté de l'élément d'appui (19), qui est opposé à la première meule (16) précitée, lesdites meules (16) étant ajustables à l'aide de broches d'ajustage (26, 28), caractérisé en ce qu'un chariot (25) est monté de manière mobile sur le cadre de montage (27), cependant qu'un moyen d'entraînement séparé (24) accouplé à la deuxième meule est fixé sur ledit chariot.
