Claims (3)

1. Fourneau de cuisine et de chauffage central comportant un carneau de remplissage (8) et au moins un autre carneau (10) qui suit le premier dans le flux des fumées et dans lequel un échangeur de chaleur interne (17) est installé, l'entrée des fumées dans l'échangeur de chaleur interne (17) ainsi que dans une ouverture d'évacuation (18) menant directement à la cheminée ou à un échangeur de chaleur externe, pouvant être fermée entièrement ou partiellement par un organe de régulation (21, 23), caractérisé en ce qu'un carneau intermédiaire (9) destiné à guider les fumées vers le haut est disposé entre le carneau de remplissage (8) et l'échangeur de chaleur interne (17) et est raccordé par une ouverture d'évacuation inférieure (16) au carneau de remplissage (8), étant entendu que ladite ouverture d'évacuation (18) est fermée du côté du carneau intermédiaire et que l'organe de régulation (21, 23) est un volet régulateur pivotant (21) qui, du côté adjacent à l'ouverture d'évacuation (18), présente une joue de fermeture (23), le tout étant agencé d'une manière telle que la joue de fermeture (23) ouvre le passage direct des fumées dans l'ouverture d'évacuation (18) à mesure que le volet régulateur (21) ferme l'entrée des fumées dans l'échangeur de chaleur interne (17).
2. Fourneau de cuisine et de chauffage central (1), caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de chaleur interne (17) et le canal d'évacuation disposé en dessous de l'ouverture d'évacuation (18) sont adjacents et installés dans un carneau (10) parallèle au carneau de remplissage et s'ouvrent tous deux dans un canal d'écoulement horizontal inférieur (24).
3. Fourneau de cuisine et de chauffage central suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de régulation (21, 23) est actionné par un organe de positionnement par l'intermédiaire d'un régulateur qui modifie le degré d'ouverture de l'organe de régulation (21, 23) en fonction de la température des fumées régnant dans la cheminée et maintient ainsi la température des fumées dans la cheminée constante dans un domaine déterminé.
