Claims (8)

1. Procédé de fabrication de brosses (1) comportant des poils (5) en matière plastique, notamment des brosses à cheveux, ou de supports de poils pour de telles brosses, moyennant l'utilisation de poils (5) comportant un coeur (7) et une couche extérieure (8) entourant le coeur et possédant une autre couleur, caractérisé en ce que pour fabriquer des parties de tête (6) épaissies, réalisées d'un seul tenant avec les poils (5), on chauffe les extrémités des poils à la température de ramollissement ou de fusion et on les refroidit ensuite.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace les poils (5) fixés sur un support de brosse (2,4) devant une source de chaleur (11).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace les poils (5) devant au moins une flamme nue (12).
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (12a) de la flamme (12) est dirigée.vers les poils (5) déplacés en direction de la flamme (12).
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la flamme (12) est dirigée essentiellemenr parallèlément à la direction de déplacement (A) des poils (5) ou de la flamme (12).
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de déplacement des poils (5) ou de la source de chaleur (11) est essentiellement constante.
7. Brosse ou support de poils fabriqué selon le procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle ou dans lequel au moins une partie des poils (5) en matière plastique possède un coeur (7) et une couche extérieure (8) entourant ce coeur (7) et possédant une autre couleur que ce dernier, caractérisée en ce que ces poils (5) comportent, sur leur extrémité, des parties de tête (6) épaissies, réalisées d'un seul tenant avec les poils (5) et dont la couleur diffère de celle de la partie restante des poils (5).
8. Brosse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les poils (5) sont maintenus sur un support de poils (4) en forme de plaque souple, qui est insérée dans un corps de brosse (2).
