Claims (8)

1. Rasoir à sec comportant au moins une section de feuille perforée (20) et au moins une section de peigne (21), dans lequel le couteau supérieur de la section de feuille perforée, réalisé sous la forme d'une feuille perforée flexible arquée (22), forme avec le couteau supérieur de la section de peigne une unité de couteaux supérieurs dans laquelle une partie active de la section de peigne est contiguë à un côté long de la partie active de la section de feuille perforée, alors qu'il est prévu une unité de couteaux inférieurs coopérant avec cette unité de couteaux supérieurs et présentant un support (32) pouvant être animé d'un mouvement de va-et-vient et destiné à supporter et à entraîner les.couteaux inférieurs (24, 28) desdistes sections, caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques
a) que le couteau supérieur de la section de peigne est réalisé sous la forme d'une partie (23) en soi rigide et en forme de gouttière qui est solidaire de la feuille perforée,
b) que la partie active de la section de peigne est contiguë à la partie active de la section de feuille perforée tout en faisant saillie sur le côté, alors qu'à l'endroit de la jonction desdites deux sections, le plan défini par cette partie active de la section de peigne fait un angle obtus avec le plan tangent à la partie active de la section de feuille perforée et
c) que le couteau inférieur (28), également en soi rigide, de la section de peigne est supporté par le support (32) de l'unité de couteaux inférieurs par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un ressort (35).

Rasoir à sec selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couteau supérieur de la section de peigne est réuni directement, suivant une paroi latérale (37) de sa partie en forme de gouttière, à une bande marginale longitudinale (38) de la feuille perforée, repliée vers l'unité de couteaux inférieurs.

Rasoir à sec selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande marginale repliée (38) de la feuille perforée, réunie à la paroi latérale (37) de la partie en forme de gouttière (23) s'étend au niveau d'un chanfrein (39) que présente le couteau inférieur (24) de la section de feuille perforée (20).

Rasoir à sec selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de couteaux inférieurs présente une surface de guidage (64) qui coopère avec l'unité de couteaux supérieurs au niveau de la bande marginale repliée (38) de la feuille perforée, réunie à la paroi latérale (37) de la partie en forme de gouttière.

Rasoir à sec selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (46) pratiquées dans le couteau supérieur de la section de peigne (21) et servant d'ouvertures d'entrée de poil, se prolongent jusque dans celle (47) des parois latérales de la partie en forme de gouttière du couteau supérieur de la section de peigne qui est située à l'opposé de la feuille perforée.
6. Rasoir à sec selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, successivement, au moins deux fentes voisines (46) forment chaque fois une seule ouverture continue (48) dans la paroi latérale (47).
7. Rasoir à sec selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de couteaux supérieurs, au niveau de ces deux zones marginales s'étendant dans le sens de sa longueur présente des ouvertures de montage (43) par lesquelles elle est fixée dans des saillies (53) en forme de talon présentes sur une partie de support (52) du rasoir à sec, caractérisé en ce que celle (47) des parois latérales de la partie en forme de gouttière (23) du couteau supérieur de la section de peigne qui est située à l'opposé de la feuille perforée (22), est raccordée à une zone marginale (51) présentant au moins une ouverture de montage (43) et repliée par rapport à la paroi latérale, zone marginale qui est située dans un plan représentant en fait un prolongement imaginaire de la feuille perforée arquée.

Rasoir à sec selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le couteau inférieur (24) de la section de peigne (20) est disposé de façon stationnaire sur le support (32) de l'unité de couteaux inférieurs et dans lequel le support est pressé par au moins un ressort (36) vers l'unité de couteaux supérieurs, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie active d'une seule section de peigne (21) est raccordée à la partie active d'une seule section de feuille perforée (20) et en ce que, pour compenser toutes les forces et tous les moments, la direction de la force qu'exerce le ressort (36) sur le support (32) de l'unité de couteaux inférieurs s'étend entre le plan longitudinal de symétrie (59) de la section de feuille perforée et le plan longitudinal de symétrie (60) de la section de peigne.
