Claims (21)

1. Relais électromagnétique, polarisé comportant un dispositif de culasse coudé, constitué par deux culasses (4, 5) disposées à distance et parallèlement l'une à l'autre et entre lesquelles est intercalé un aimant permanent (6), et dans lequel une branche (4a, 5a) de ce dispositif de culasse porte une bobine d'excitation (2), et une armature (7) montée à l'extérieur de la bobine (2) et disposée de telle manière qu'au moins une extrémité mobile de cette armature est disposée entre les extrémités libres parallèles des culasses (4, 5), caractérisé par le fait que l'armature (7) est réalisée, tout comme le dispositif de culasse (4, 5) en forme de L et que l'armature forme, avec le dispositif de culasse (4, 5) un ensemble rectangulaire, dans lequel la branche longue (7a) de l'armature est parallèle à la branche longue, portant la bobine, du dispositif de culasse entre le plan de raccordement du relais et la bobine (2), et la branche courte (7b) de l'armature, qui constitue l'axe de rotation de l'armature (7) et disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe de la bobine et est accouplé, par son extrémité libre, au voisinage de l'axe de la bobine au dispositif de culasse.

Relais suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort de soutien (26) est réalisé avec une forme essentiellement plate, qu'il porte par sa partie médiane (26d) l'armature (21) et qu'il comporte sur ses côtés, des évidements (27) à l'aide desquels il peut être fixé sur des tétons déformables du corps de bobine.
16. Relais suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que les évidements des ressorts de soutien (26) sont des trous allongés (27).
17. Relais suivant l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que l'armature (21) est fixée au ressort de soutien (22, 26) d'une manière symétrique ou dissymétrique en fonction de la caractéristique de commutation bistable ou monostable.
18. Relais suivant l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que des moulures (25) sont ménagées par estampage dans les ressorts de soutien.
19. Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé par le fait qu'un corps de base (16, 46) en matériau isolant, qui est disposé au-dessous de la bobine (30) et qui porte des organes de contact, supporte le corps de bobine (1, 31), les deux pièces étant reliées par l'intermédiaire de perçages (47) et de tétons déformables (48), qui s'interpénètrent.
20. Relais suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une branche courte de culasse (35b) s'engage, par une extrémité prolongée, dans un évidement du corps de base (46) et est appliqué contre une paroi d'appui disposée à une distance précise en vis-à-vis de supports de contacts fixes (figure 14).
21. Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé par le fait qu'un curseur de contact (39) est formé par extrusion d'une matière plastique sur la branche longue (37a) de l'armature.
