Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zur Steuerung des Abrollvorgangs eines Fadens (6), der von einer Spule (3) ausgegeben wird, die unter einer anderen (4) in dem Topf (2) einer Zwirnspindel (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung mehrere elastische Lamellen aufweist, die am Umfang einer Scheibe angeordnet sind, welche sich zwischen den beiden Spulen (3, 4) befindet und die durch die Spannung des Fadens (6) nach oben verformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (9, 10, 13) aufweist, durch die der Durchmesser des Umfangs der Lamellen automatisch in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser der oberen Spule (4), unabhängig von der Grösse der Spannung des Fadens (6), variierbar ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Veränderung des Durchmessers des Umfangs der Scheibe durch ein elastisches Element erreicht wird, das die Lamellen an dem Umfang der oberen Spule (4) zur Anlage bringt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (9), die zwischen den beiden Spulen (3, 4) angeordnet ist, in Höhe ihres Umfangs miteinander verschlungene, kleine Bögen (12) trägt, die ein blütenkranzartiges Gebilde (10) darstellen, das mit einem kreisrunden, elastischen Rohr (13) verbunden ist, durch das die kleinen Bögen (12) mit Spannung beaufschlagt werden, so dass sie dazu neigen, sich gemeinsam nach oben zu verschwenken.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang der Scheibe (9) eine Schulter (9a) aufweist, in der nebeneinander einen kreisrunden Querschnitt aufweisende Blöcke (11) gehalten werden, von denen jeder eine Verbindung zweier Enden der kleinen Bögen (12) bildet.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die kleinen Bögen tragenden Blöcke (11) in der Schulter der Scheibe durch das Rohr (13) gehalten werden, das durch die Arme der kleinen Bögen (12) hindurchgeflochten ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach oben gerichtete Wirkung des Rohres (13) auf die Anordnung der kleinen Bögen (12) aufgehoben wird, wenn das blütenkranzartige Gebilde (10), das sie bilden, unter der Wirkung einer abwärtsgerichteten Schwenkbelastung einen instabilen Gleichgewichtspunkt durchfährt, wobei die Schwenkbelastung dann in Richtung nach unten unterhalb dieses Punktes sich auswirkt.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das blütenkranzartige Gebilde (10) an dem Umfang (9b) der Scheibe (9) zur Anlage kommt, wobei der Raum oberhalb letzterer vollständig freigegeben wird, um das Einsetzen einer anderen Spule (4) zu erleichtern.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (14, 14a, 11a) vorgesehen sind, durch die die Blöcke (11) in der Schulter (9a) der Scheibe (9) zurückgehalten werden.
