In fact the rod 13 passes alternately in front of and behind the ends of the arches 12 associated with two consecutive blocks 11.

- the hoops can be made by means of strands of resistant plastic material such as "nylon” or the like and their ends can be engaged in blocks 11 also made of plastic with respect to which they are welded or otherwise fixed.
- the elastic ring 13 plates the various blocks 11 at the bottom of the shoulder 9a of the disc 9, this shoulder affecting the most appropriate shape.
- the shoulder 9a could also be rounded so as to better cooperate with the periphery of the blocks.
- the ply in question decreases in diameter and the corolla 10 of the device 8 closes little by little while keeping contact with its periphery.
- the wire 6 which is unwound from the lower coil 3 cooperates with the periphery of the corolla and not point with that of the coil 4 so that the resistance to its running is practically zero.
- friction on the corolla does not risk generating on the wire 6 tensions which would hinder its proper assembly with the wire 7 coming from the upper coil 4.
- corolla 10 could be produced by any other means than that of arches 12 associated with blocks 11; by way of nonlimiting example, a corolla made up of petals that deploy or retract like the diaphragm of a camera can be cited.
