Claims (5)

  1. Verbesserte Spindel für Flechtmaschinen, welche einen Hohlschaft (4) zur Aufbringung einer Fadenrolle (5), einen Teller (7), drehbar um diesen Hohlschaft, versehen mit Verkettungselementen (22, 23, 24) zu der Fadenrollenbasis (6), sowie einem Fadenführer (20), welcher auf Führungssäulen (13) verschiebbar ist, die die rohrförmige Aufnahme einer Feder (16) halten, welche auf Verriegelungselemente (22) ebengenannten Tellers drückt, so daß die Drehung der Fadenrolle (5) verhindert wird, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß obig erwähnter Teller (7) eine absteigende Umfangsschürze aufweist, die einen unterhalb dieser gelegenen ringförmigen Hohlraum (23) formt, welcher innere Zähne (24) aufweist und daß ein Winkelhebel (22) vorgesehen wird, der gelenkig zu dem Spindelkörper (31) aufgebaut ist, wobei ein erster Arm dieses Hebels in eben genannten Hohlraum eingreift und in obig erwähnten Zähnen mittels einer Torsionsfeder (25) einklinkt, gleichzeitig ist der zweite Arm mit dem unteren Ende eines Drahtes (21) verbunden, dessen Unter- und Oberabschnitt um eine der Führungssäulen (13) gewickelt sind, unterhalb, jeweils, oberhalb des Fadenführerhalters (20), so daß dieser, bei einer Spannung seitens des Fadens, der das Geflecht formt, hinaufgleitet und so an dem Oberende des schon mehrmals erwähnten Drahtes zieht, dessen Unterende, wiederum, den Hebel (22) anzieht, so daß eine Entriegelung des Spindeltellers (7) stattfindet, was eine freie Drehung dieses Tellers und der Fadenrolle (5) bewirkt.
  2. Spindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen unterer Federbolzen (17) der Feder (16) in der Aufnahme (12) und dem Fadenführerhalter (20) ein Stab (18) befindet, dessen Unterende frei in eine Bohrung (27) genannten Fadenführerhalters eingeführt wird, wobei dieser Stab (18) aus genannter Bohrung und Federbolzen entfernt werden kann, um einen Ausbau und Austausch eben erwähnter Feder (16) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Spindel nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Hohlschaft (4) und dem Kunststoffteller (7) ein metallischer Ring (30) als Lager eingelegt wird.
  4. Spindel nach einer der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Oberende des Schraubenschaftes (4) und der oberen Basis der Fadenrolle (5) ein Nylonring (29) als Lager eingelegt wird.
  5. Spindel nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Seite des Aufnahmerohres (12) der Feder (16) ein kleines Fenster (28) vorgesehen wird, um obig erwähnte Feder (16) zu schmieren.
