本发明属于三维编织捆绑纱技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器及反馈系统,包括支架,支架上通过携纱器底座活动安装有携纱筒,与所述携纱器底座依次连动连接的有卡扣、连接扣、拉扣,先导体和弹簧;其中携纱器底座设置有卡槽,卡扣能位于卡槽内以阻止携纱筒转动,所述先导体外周面配合连接有线圈。本发明通过反馈系统来控制携带捆绑纱的携纱器收紧和放松,从而实现张力的自动调节功能,适应了织造工况需求。

一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统
技术领域
本发明属于三维编织捆绑纱技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统。
背景技术
纤维复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量的特点。近年来以该材料制备所得的结构件在航空航天、汽车以及海洋装备领域内获得日益广泛的应用。基于这样材料的结构件,通常需要将高性能纤维通过特定的工艺方式结合成纤维增强体,在形成目标几何之后,将树脂注入到增强体,待充分结合之后,得到最终的结构件。在制备增强体的各类技术中,三维机织方式具有独特的优点,如将多层纤维捆绑在一起的绑纱有助于提高纤维织物层间的抗分离性能;柔软的平面织物可以根据最终结构件的形状进行造型等等。
对于需要由捆绑纱捆绑组成的三维正交机织物增强结构来说,织造过程中的捆绑纱张力对于三维机织物的微观几何结构以及由此决定的复合材料结构件的服役性能具有重要的影响。因工艺要求,织造过程中存在开口和打纬机构运动,使捆绑纱的应变量产生了较大变化,进而使其上张力在织造过程中发生变化,直接影响了织物性能。而常见的织机用于携带和输送经纱的传统携纱器,是通过弹簧和金属卡片来实现张力可控。这样的设计对于普通织机没有影响,可以顺利完成织造过程,但是对于具有高弹性模量的高性能纤维就暴露出其不足。
为此,本发明专利提出了一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统,通过传感器来控制携纱器中的转动开关,使得携纱器根据工况需求来收放纱线,从而实现张力的自动控制效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统,通过反馈系统来控制携带捆绑纱的携纱器收紧和放松,从而实现张力的自动调节功能,适应了织造工况需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明具体提供的技术方案为:一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器,包括支架,支架上通过携纱器底座活动安装有携纱筒,与所述携纱器底座依次连动连接的有卡扣、连接扣、拉扣,先导体和弹簧;其中携纱器底座设置有卡槽,卡扣能位于卡槽内以阻止携纱筒转动,所述先导体外周面配合连接有线圈。
一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统,包括第一组传感器和第二组传感器两组传感器控制的第一开关和第二开关;
综框向下运动,综框先挡在第一组传感器之间,导致控制的第一开关由断开变为闭合,而电路中的第二开关处于闭合状态,此时电路处于导通状态,线圈通电吸引先导体向上运动,卡扣脱离携纱器底座,携纱器放线;
当综框继续向下运动至同时挡住第一组传感器和第二组传感器,此时第一开关处在闭合状态,而第二开关由于控制其的红外线传感器断开,第二开关由闭合变为断开,电路处于断开状态,线圈断电,先导体在弹簧的作用下向下运动,卡扣卡紧携纱器底座,携纱器停止放线。
本发明的有益效果:本发明使得在需要放线的时候解除携纱器的转动限制,实现自动放线,从而实现自动化控制,同时有利于织物的整体机构效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器,包括支架1,支架1上通过携纱器底座8活动安装有携纱筒9,与所述携纱器底座8依次连动连接的有卡扣6、连接扣7、拉扣5,先导体4和弹簧2;其中携纱器底座8设置有卡槽10,卡扣6能位于卡槽内以阻止携纱筒9转动,所述先导体4外周面配合连接有线圈3。
其运动过程是:在线圈3没通电的时候,由于弹簧2的作用将卡扣6推入到携纱器底座8的卡槽10,限制其转动。当线圈3通电时,会将先导体4向上吸引,从而带动拉扣5,从而拉动连接扣7的一端,使得与之过盈配合的卡扣6从携纱器底座8中拉出了,从而解除了携纱器的转动限制。
机械运动相对的的控制部分主要是通过两对红外线发送和接收装置来完成的。因为在三维正交织物编织过程中,捆绑纱张力的会有变化,所以在本发明当中,传感器安装在控制捆绑纱开口的开口机构的机架上,具体位置如图3 。在图3 中,主要以一个综框11运动为例,结合图4 的电路原理来实现图1 中线圈的通断电。其具体的工作原理如图2 。
图3 中的两对第一组传感器(s1,n1)和第二组传感器(s2,n2)控制的是图4 电路中的第一开关K1和第二开关K2。第一开关K1为常开开关,第二开关K2为常闭开关,在运动开始前由于图4 电路中第一开关K1断开,第二开关K2闭合电路是出于断开的。当图3 中的综框11向下运动时,综框11先挡在第一组传感器(s1,n1)之间,使得红外线断开,导致控制的第一开关K1由断开变为闭合,而电路中第二开关K2处于闭合状态,此时电路处于导通状态,线圈通电。当综框11继续运动到同时挡住第一组传感器(s1,n1)和第二组传感器(s2,n2)时,此时第一开关K1处在闭合状态,而第二开关K2由于控制其的红外线传感器断开,第二开关K2有闭合变为断开,此时电路又处于断开状态,线圈断电。当综框11运动到这个位置时已经完成了一次开口。而在开口的过程中是需要携带捆绑纱的携纱器放线的,本发明就刚好满足这一要求。当综框11在运动时只挡住第一组传感器(s1,n1)的情况下电路中的第一开关K1,第二开关K2同时处于闭合状态,在这时线圈是通电的。线圈通电会吸引对于的先导体运动从而实现控制携纱器的放线。

Claims (1)

1.一种适用于三维编织捆绑纱控制的携纱器的反馈系统,其特征在于:包括第一组传感器和第二组传感器两组传感器控制的第一开关和第二开关;
综框向下运动,综框先挡在第一组传感器之间,导致控制的第一开关由断开变为闭合,而电路中的第二开关处于闭合状态,此时电路处于导通状态,线圈通电吸引先导体向上运动,卡扣脱离携纱器底座,携纱器放线;
当综框继续向下运动至同时挡住第一组传感器和第二组传感器,此时第一开关处在闭合状态,而第二开关由于控制其的红外线传感器断开,第二开关由闭合变为断开,电路处于断开状态,线圈断电,先导体在弹簧的作用下向下运动,卡扣卡紧携纱器底座,携纱器停止放线。
