Claims (8)

1. Dispositif d'avance pour machines d'usinage du bois, notamment pour des fraiseuses ou des toupies destinées au profilage longitudinal de bois, comprenant plusieurs broches porte-fraise disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le sens d'avancement, le dispositif d'avance comportant plusieurs groupes d'avance (1) individuels disposés les uns après les autres dans le sens d'avancement, qui comportent chacun au moins deux rouleaux d'avancement entraînés (menés) 2, sont montés sur un support commun (6) et peuvent pivoter par rapport à ce support autour d'un axe vertical, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un arbre de transmission continu (4) pour entraîner les différents groupes d'avance (1), passant au-dessus des groupes d'avance (1), et sur lequel est placé, pour chaque groupe d'avance (1), un engrenage comprenant deux pignons coniques (22, 23) à angle droit, auquel est accouplé un arbre de transmission vertical (14), auquel sont alors accouplés, par l'intermédiaire d'un autre engrenage à pignon coniques à angle droit (24, 25), les différents arbres de transmission horizontaux (26, 31, 32) destinés à entraîner les rouleaux d'avancement (2).
2. Dispositif d'avance selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les différents rouleaux d'avancement (2) de l'ensemble du dispositif d'avance s'étendant sur la longueur du banc (9) de la fraiseuse sont placés les uns après les autres à peu près à une même distance, sans lacunes intercalaires importantes.
3. Dispositif d'avance selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il correspond trois rouleaux d'avancement (2a, 2b, 2c) à chacun des groupes d'avance (1).

Dispositif d'avance selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les trois rouleaux d'avancement (2a, 2b, 2c) sont entraînés en commun par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre horizontal (26) entraîné par l'engrenage à pignons coniques inférieur (24, 25) de l'arbre de sortie (14), qui entraîne des deux côtés, par l'intermédiaire de transmissions à chaînes (28, 29, 30), les arbres de transmission (31.32) entraînant les deux rouleaux d'avancement extérieurs (2a, 2b), et directement le rouleau d'avancement central (2b).

Dispositif d'avance selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que tous les arbres de transmission horizontaux entraînant les rouleaux d'avancement (26, 33, 34) entraînent les arbres (35) supportant les rouleaux d'avancement (2a, 2b, 2c) qui sont disposés de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour des arbres de transmission (26, 31, 32) entraînant les rouleaux d'avancement (2a, 2b, 2c).

Dispositif d'avance selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'avancement central (2b) est décalé en arrière par rapport à l'outil situé sur la broche porte-fraise (12), et en ce que les deux rouleaux d'avancement extérieurs (2a, 2c) présentent entre eux une distance mutuelle telle que l'outil se trouvant sur la broche porte-fraise (12) peut pénétrer partiellement entre les deux rouleaux d'avancement extérieurs (2a, 2c).
7. Dispositif d'avance selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les carters des différents groupes d'avance (1) peuvent pivoter par rapport à une partie fixe du support commun (5, 6), et en ce que l'angle de déplacement est fixé au moyen de trous longitudinaux (15) incurvés en arc de cercle, qui sont traversés par des vis de blocage.
8. Dispositif d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les carters des différents groupes d'avance (1) peuvent être déplacés par rapport à une partie fixe du support (5, 6) commun, une barre coulissante (18), une broche ou une pièce analogue commune étant rattachée aux différents groupes d'avance (1) et étant articulée au même point (19) de chacun de ces groupes d'avance individuels (1).
