Claims (2)

1. Dispositif pour mouler sous pression des métaux et des alliages en utilisant une pression de gaz élevée au-dessus de la masse fondue en train de se solidifier, qui comprend une presse hydraulique comportant un cylindre de presse (1), un piston (2), qui divise le cylindre en deux espaces, qui sont reliés au système hydraulique de la presse, et une tige de piston (3) à laquelle sont fixés un plateau compresseur (14) et une matrice de presse (15), cette matrice (15) présentant au moins un espace (16) pour l'accumulation de gaz, relié, par l'intermédiaire d'éléments d'arrêt (18) à un réservoir de gaz (22), caractérisé en ce que dans la tige de piston (3) est formée une chambre (9) qui est remplie jusqu'à un niveau déterminé avec un fluide de travail (13), tandis que la partie inférieure de la chambre est reliée à l'espace (8) situé sous le piston de pression, cet espace étant relié par un élément d'arrêt (10) au système hydraulique de la presse, tandis que la partie supérieure de la chambre (9) est reliée en même temps par un clapet de non retour (21) au réservoir de gaz (22) et par une soupape d'arrêt (18) à la cavité (16) de la matrice de presse (15), cependant que la cavité (16) est reliée à l'atmosphère par une soupape d'arrêt (17).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la chambre (9) et entre le fluide de travail (13) et le gaz (24) est interposée une cloison mobile (25).
