Abstract

Eine verstellbare Düse ist an einem handbetätigten Flüssigkeitszerstäuber (1) angeordnet, der einen über eine Verbindungsleitung (9) mit einer im Zerstäuber ange­ ordneten Kolbenpumpe (4, 19) verbundenen Gewindean­ satz (5) aufweist. Im Gewindeansatz (5) ist ein zum freien Ende des Gewindeansatzes hin offener Hohlraum (7) vorgesehen. An der Mündung der Verbindungsleitung (9) in den Hohlraum (7) ist ein Ventilsitz (30) für einen Rück­ schlagventilkörper (8) vorgesehen. In den Hohlraum (7) ist eine Haltebüchse (31) mit Spannung eingesetzt. In der Haltebüchse (31) ist ein Drallkörper (38) begrenzt ver­ schiebbar. Auf den Gewindeansatz ist eine die Düsenöff­ nung (37) tragende Düsenkappe (6) aufschraubbar. Auf dem aus dem Gewindeansatz (5) vorstehenden Ende der Haltebüchse (31) ist eine Ringdichtung (35) angeordnet und bewirkt eine Abdichtung zwischen letzterer und der Düsenkappe (6). Der Rückschlagventilkörper (8) ist an dem dem Ventilsitz (30) zugekehrten Ende der Haltebüchse (31) angeordnet, bildet einen Fortsatz derselben und ist über mehrere elastische, im wesentlichen radial verlau­ fende Stege (32) mit der Haltebüchse (31) verbunden. Die Haltebüchse (31), der Rückschlagventilkörper (8) und die Stege (32) bestehen aus einem einzigen Kunststoff­ spritzteil aus elastischem Kunststoff.
