Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Durch die Drosselstelle im Kraftstoffstrom wird bei kleinen Einspritzmengen eine Spritzzeitverlängerung und dadurch ein leiserer Lauf der Brennkraftmaschine erreicht. Außerdem wird der Kraftstoff bei den im Leerlauf- und Teillastbereich eingespritzten kleineren Mengen besser aufbereitet, was einen Rückgang des spezifischen Kraftstoffverbrauchs sowie eine wesentliche Abnahme der Giftbestandteile im Abgas mit sich bringt. Bei den größeren Einspritzmengen im oberen Teillast- und Volllastbereich wird dann die Drosselstelle ausgeschaltet, so daß aufgrund des größeren Durchgangsquerschnitts bei ausreichender Kraftstoffaufbereitung keine Drosselverluste entstehen. Derartige Forderungen werden von den Motorherstellern an den Entwickler derartiger Einspritzanlagen gestellt und sind in verschiedenen Lösungen bekannt. Diese bekannten Kraftstoffeinspritzdüsen haben aber den Nachteil, daß das Ausschalten der ist nicht nur eine wesentliche Kostenersparnis bei der Herstellung dieser präzisen Bauelemente erreicht, sondern auch eine konstruktive Vereinfachung durch die eine höhere Sicherheit, insbesondere durch die Einspritzqualität erreicht wird.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben.
- In der Zeichnung ist die dargestellte Kraftstoffeinspriezdüse zum Teil im Schnitt, zum Teil in der Außenansicht dargestellt, um einen besseren Überblick der Proportionen zu vermitteln. Ein schaftförmiger Düsenkörper 1 ist durch eine Überwurfmutter 2 unter Zwischenschaltung einer Hülse 3 und eines Anschlagringes 4 an einen Düsenhalter 5 gespannt. Die Überwurfmutter 2 ist strichpunktiert und der Düsenhalter 5 ist nur teilweise dargestellt.
- Am Düsenkörper 1 ist unmittelbar eine Ventilgruppe befestigt, die aus einer Ventilnadel 6 einer Schließfeder 7, einem Federteller 8 und einem Haltering 9 besteht. Der Haltering 9 ist über ein nicht näher dargestelltes Schlüsselloch in eine Ringnut 10 der Ventilnadel eingehängt. Die Schließfeder 7 stützt sich über Unterlegscheiben 11 an einer Schulter 12 des Düsenkörpers 1 einerseits und andererseits an dem Federteller 8 ab.
