Claims (5)

1. Machine d'emballage ou table d'emballage pour emballer de bouteilles dans caisses-cartons en forme de boîtes pliantes (cartons), caractérisée en ce que les bouteilles peuvent être introduites en vrac ou avec les cartons dans un appareil basculant (caisse basculante) qui a les caractéristiques suivantes:
a) La caisse basculante est munie de deux parois latérales, d'une paroi arrière et d'une paroi de fond. La face supérieure et la face devant sont ouvertes et la section traversale direction sur le fond est dimensionnée de façon à pouvoir cueillir une ou plusieures caisses en série.
b) Un ou plusieurs socles en forme de parallélépipèdes s'élèvent vers le haut sur la paroi de fond de la caisse basculante, socles dont la hauteur est conforme au moins à la longueur des éléments de la paroi de fond du carton et dont la longueur, largeur et la position sur la paroi de fond sont choisis de façon à laisser libre une lacune entre les socles et les parois latérales et la paroi arrière permettant ainsi respectivement l'insertion des éléments dépliés des parois de fond.
c) La caisse basculante est munie d'un palier à bascule avec axe horizontal et fixe, de façon à pouvoir renverser la caisse basculante de 180° de sa position à peu près verticale dans une position verticale en sens inverse.
2. Machine d'emballage ou table d'emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bouteilles sont introduites avec les cartons du côté soit de la bande transporteuse pour bouteilles soit d'une plaque dans la caisse basculante.
3. Maschine d'emballage avec caisse basculante suivant les revendications 1 et 2 où l'espace entre la caisse basculante et la bande transporteuse pour bouteilles nécessaire pour le pivotement de la caisse basculante d'environ 150° est fermée par l'intermédiaire d'un pont pendant l'introduction du côté des cartons avec les bouteilles.
4. Caisse basculante suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la caisse basculante est munie d'une poulie horizontale au côté supérieur de la paroi arrière qui, par l'intermédiaire d'une poulie opposée, remonte automatiquement les cartons en position de départ pendant le pivotement en retour de la caisse basculante.
5. Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la caisse basculante est munie d'une paroi devant additionnelle de façon à laisser ouverte que la face supérieure et à laisser libre une lacune entre la face devant et le socle identique à la lacune entre le socle et les parois latérales et la paroi arrière.
