Claims (8)

1. Dispositif d'évacuation des gaz d'échappement pour moteurs à combustion interne comportant au moins un silencieux en forme de pot, entourant un tuyau d'échappement, formant un volume intérieur et constitué d'au moins deux parties liées l'une à l'autre, étant précisé que dans le volume intérieur du silencieux, le tuyau d'échappement présente des perforations et des garnitures acoustiques sont éventuellement disposées, caractérisé en ce que les parties de pot (2 et 3) du silencieux (R) sont en aluminium et/ou en alliage d'aluminium et sont munies chacune, par extrusion à froid ou emboutissage profond, d'une réduction (16) que suivent des tubulures sans soudure (10) que l'on forme sur le tuyau d'échappement qui traverse complètement.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de pot (2 et 3) du silencieux (R) sont liées l'une à l'autre de par la forme dans la zone de liaison (B,).
3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de pot sont liées, de par la forme, à une paroi intermédiaire (14), de préférence en acier et présentant un profilage de forme annulaire (15), et l'une à l'autre, dans la zone de liaison (B).
4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les tubulures (10) des parties de pot (2 et 3) sont liées, de par la forme, au tuyau d'échappement par profilage de ces parties.
5. Procédé pour la fabrication du dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les différentes du silencieux (R) sont liées l'une à l'autre, de par la forme, à l'aide du procédé Magneform.(formage magnétique).
6. Procédé pour la fabrication du dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de pot (2 et 3) sont liées l'une à l'autre, de par la forme, en utilisant le procédé Magneform (formage magnétique) par profilage des deux parties.
7. Procédé pour la fabrication du dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de pot (2 et 3) sont liées, de par la forme, dans la zone de liaison (B), à une paroi intermédiaire (14), de préférence en acier et présentant un profilage annulaire (15), et l'une à l'autre par profilage des deux parties (2 et 3) à l'aide du procédé Magneform (formage magnétique).
8. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les tubulures (10) des parties de pot (2 et 3) sont liées au tuyau d'échappement (14) par profilage de ces parties à l'aide du procédé Magneform (formage magnétique).
