Claims (5)

1. Porte oscillante (1) actionnée par ressort avec une paire de leviers sollicités élastiquement, dont la fixation sur la porte oscillante (1) est disposée vers l'intérieur par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (4) de la porte oscillante (1) sur un bord ou un cadre de porte, la paire de leviers sollicités élastiquement s'appuyant sur un rouleau (12) de sorte que la porte oscillante (1) est sollicitée dans la direction de fermeture, tandis que les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11) constituant la paire de leviers sollicités élastiquement présentent des chambrages, dans lesquels s'engage le rouleau (12) dans la position de repos de la porte oscillante, caractérisée en ce que:
a) est prévu un ressort (7) agissant comme ferme-porte, et qui actionne les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11),
b) les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11) s'étendent vers l'extérieur au-delà de leurs chambrages (13), et
c) la fixation des leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11) est conçue comme une fixation oscillant sur l'axe de pivotement (6) du ferme-porte qui est disposé entre l'axe de pivotement (4) de la porte oscillante (1) et le rouleau (12).
2. Porte oscillante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, l'axe de pivotement (4) de la porte oscillante peut être disposé latéralement par rapport au plan moyen du cadre de porte (3).
3. Porte oscillante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que sont prévues sur la porte oscillante (1) des butées ajustables (15), sur lesquelles reposent les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11).
4. Porte oscillante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que sur les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11) sont enfilées des butées (19) servant d'arrêt pour le rouleau (12) et qui sont susceptibles d'être fixées sur les leviers sollicités élastiquement (10, 11).
5. Porte oscillante selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les butées (19) ont sur leur côté faisant face à l'axe de pivotement (6) du ferme-porte (15) un profil d'appui plat et sur leur côté opposé l'axe de pivotement (6) un profil d'appui abrupt pour le rouleau (12).
