Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette aus wellenartig abgekantetem Blech mit im wesentlichen rechteckigem oder trapezförmigem Querschnitt der Wellen, die mit senkrecht zur Stand- und Ladefläche angeordneten Stützwänden kastenartige Hohlträger bildet.
- Eine derartige Palette ist aus der US-A-2 306 752 bekannt. Diese Palette besteht aus mehreren wellenartig profilierten Bodenblechen und Deckblechen, welche an ihren Enden und in der Mitte von besonderen, profilierten Stützwänden in Abstand gehalten sind. Diese Stützwände haben kurze abgebogene Schenkel und greifen in die Profilierung der Deck- und Bodenbleche ein, mit denen sie durch Punktschweissung fest verbunden sind. Die Deck- und Bodenbleche, welche die Lade- und Standfläche der Palette bilden, ergeben mit den senkrecht hierzu angeordneten Stützwänden kastenartige Hohlträger, die sich über die gesamte Breite der Palette erstrecken.
- Derartige Paletten erfordern einen grossen Werkstoffbedarf und sind in der Herstellung sehr aufwendig, da sie aus vielen miteinander durch Schweissung zu verbindenden Einzelteilen bestehen.
- Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, eine Palette mit kastenartigen Hohlträgern aus nur einem wellenartig abgekantetem Blech herzustellen, die bei besonders einfacher Herstellung und geringem Werkstoffbedarf eine hohe Tragfestigkeit hat und besonders vorteilhafte Lade- und Standflächen aufweist. Erfindungsgemäss besteht die Palette aus einem einzigen Blech, welches beidseitig durch je drei quer zu den Profilnuten des Bleches verlaufenden Biegekanten zu jeweils einem Hohlträger abgekantet ist, der aus Teilen der Ladefläche, zwei senkrechten Stützwänden und einer Standfläche besteht, wobei zur Ermöglichung der Abkantung im Bereich der Wellentäler der Stützwände sich über die Breite der Wellentäler erstreckende einseitig an die Biegekanten anschliessende Aussparungen vorgesehen sind, von denen längs der Biegekanten verlaufende Schlitze ausgehen, die sich über die Wellenseitenwände erstrecken.
- Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Die erfindungsgemässen Paletten können von Gabelstaplern oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen transportiert werden und sind leer ineinander stapelbar.
- Anhand der Zeichnungen sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung erläutert. In den einzelnen Figuren ist dargestellt

- Die Palette 1 besteht aus einem einzigen recht eckigen Blech 2, z.B. aus Stahl mit querlaufenden U-förmigen Nuten 3. Die Fig. 1 zeigt das Ausgangsblech 2 vor Profilierung und vor der Abkantung der Randzonen.
- Die beiderseitigen Randzonen 4,5,6 sind - wie Fig. 2 zeigt - unter Bildung der Kanten 7,8,9 dreimal um je 90° nach innen gekantet. Dadurch wird beiderseitig ein geschlossener längslaufender, kastenartiger Hohlträger 10 und 11 gebildet, in dem die Tragarme eines Gabelstaplers eingreifen können. Hierbei bilden die Teile 4 und 6 Innen- und Aussenstützen bzw. Pfosten. Die Teile 4 sind somit die inneren Stützwände und die Teile 6 die äusseren Stützwände der beiden Hohlträger 10 und 11. Die Teile 4 und 6 sind senkrecht zur Standfläche 5 und zur Ladefläche 12 angeordnet. Die Gesamtheit der Teile 5 der Profilierung bilden beiderseitig die Standfläche. Die gesamte verbleibende Oberfläche 12 der Profilierung ist die Ladefläche. Diese kann auch mit einer zusätzlichen Feinprofilierung versehen sein , wodurch die Standfestigkeit noch weiter verbessert wird.
- Die Bemessung der Breite der beiderseitigen Hohlträger 10 und 11 ist je '/3 der Gesamtbreite der Ladefläche 12.
- Es können auch trapezförmige Nuten vorgesehen werden, deren Stege einen steilen Winkel, z.B. 80°, aufweisen.
- Gemäss den Figuren 1, 6 bis 8 und 9, 10 ist zur Ermöglichung der erfindungsgemässen Abkantung der Randzonen 4, 5, 6 quer zu den U-förmigen Profilnuten 3 und zur Bildung der Hohlträger 10 und 11 das Profilblech an den herzustellenden Biegekanten 7, 8, 9 in der Breite und Höhe des U-Profils 3 mit Reihen von rechteckigen Aussparungen 13 versehen.
- Die an den Biegekanten 8, 9 verlaufenden Längsseiten 14 der Aussparung 13 sind gemäss Fig. 1 und 6 beiderseitig durch Schlitze 15, 16 entsprechend der Form und der Steghöhe der Profilierung verlängert. Dadurch wird es möglich, dass beim Abkanten der von den Schlitzen 15,16 gebildeten Profilstege 17 der Biegekanten 8 und 9 sich über die Stege der Pfosten oder Stützwände 6 und 4 legen (siehe Fig. 8). Fig. 6 zeigt das Blech 2 in der Ausgangsform, während es in Fig. 7 mit Profilierung dargestellt ist. Die strichlierte Linie zeigt die Blechstärke.
- Wie die Figur 6 zeigt, bleibt zwischen den Aussparungen 13 der Steg 27 stehen (siehe auch Figur 8), der eine derartige Abmessung aufweist, dass sich die einander gegenüberliegenden Wellentäler 3 der Ladefläche 12 und der Standfläche 5 auf diesem Steg 27 abstützen. Der Steg 27 ist auch mit dem gleichen Bezugszeichen in die Figuren 1,7,9, 10, 11 und 12 eingezeichnet.
- In den Figuren 9 und 10 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, bei dem die Aussparungen 13' an einer Seite oben und unten mit je 2 Schlitzen 18, 19 versehen sind, so dass Lappen 20 und 21 umgekantet werden, die eine weitere Versteifung ergeben.
- In den Fig. 11 und 12 ist eine Aussparung 13" in Nutbreite vorgesehen, die beiderseitig eine dachförmige Ausbildung 22, 23 haben. Dadurch ergibt sich der für die Stosskanten 22, 23 erforderliche Anschlagwinkel, da die dachförmigen Aussparungen 22, 23 auf Gehrung geschnitten sind. Auch wird durch die Umlappungen eine höhere Festigkeit erzielt.
- Die Innenstützen 4 können - wie Fig. 13 zeigt - auch mit einem umgebogenen Lappen 25 durch eine Aussparung 26 im Nutboden 3 befestigt sein.
